We are looking for someone to support CCT’s strategy with the replacement/upgrade of its current digital information systems with a new fit for purpose digital environment and manage the Trust’s move to this new environment.

You will work with all teams within the Trust, across all levels of the organisation, developing and implementing CCT’s Digital Transformation Strategy. You will take the lead in further documentation of the system and recommend a product/suite of products that will achieve the Trust’s Digital Transformation programme.

As Digital Transformation Officer, you will oversee teams that use agile, data-driven, and digital solutions to address the human factors that affect CCT’s capacity to achieve its strategic goals. These factors include how to cultivate, engage, evolve, measure and bring CCT’s workforce along the digital transformation experience.

The Digital Marketing Officer will play an important part in Cure Parkinson’s continued ambitious growth. Joining us at an exciting time for the charity, you would be part of a small but dynamic team with the opportunity to develop and make your own mark.

You will create and edit communications and marketing materials to publicise the charity’s activities to our online and digital audiences, including writing and distributing e-newsletters and updating our website and social media platforms. The Digital Marketing Officer will report into the Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager and will work closely with the wider Marketing team to plan and execute some exciting communications campaigns to promote the work of the charity.

Key duties / tasks 

1. Drafting and coordinating the distribution of the charity’s E-newsletter in Mailchimp.
2. Drafting social media messaging and assisting with running paid social media campaigns.
3. Day to day monitoring of CP social media platforms to respond to supporters, identify influencers, and engage in conversations where relevant to CP
4. Working closely with colleagues in design, fundraising and research to develop visual assets for use on social media.
5. Writing and uploading news stories and information materials to the charity website and social media platforms.
6. Support on the implementation of a digital strategy for the organisation.
7. Undertaking analysis and feedback to provide insight into social media, website and email performance
8. Assisting with the creation of ad-hoc emails to supporters.
9. Working closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure a joined up, consistent approach.
10. Assisting with the updating and maintaining of the charity’s database.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled digital content creator who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. With your excellent communication and implementation skills, you will use your digital expertise to enhance SAT-7 UK digital communications. The Digital Content and Communications Officer (DCCO) reports to the Digital Communications Manager and has responsibility for the SAT-7 UK website, digital marketing and social media. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website: Developing and updating SAT-7’s websites as inspiring platforms to raise profile, income and engagement.

Emails: Work with colleagues in the Communications Team and across the organisation to build, test and send responsive email templates for all SAT-7 UK’s email requirements (meeting SAT-7’s brand guidelines and conforming to industry standards). Use email marketing tool DotDigital to develop automated communications that strengthen supporter engagement and convert recipients into committed donors.

Content: Deliver engaging and inspiring rich media content across a range of digital channels, including web, email, podcasts, social media and other digital marketing platforms. 

Social Media: Work closely with other team members to deliver strong social media content and engagement across various platforms, chiefly Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn.

Digital Marketing: Support the digital marketing of SAT-7 resources and campaigns through social media advertising, external agencies and other channels as required, to engage more deeply with existing supporters and donors, raise profile, acquire new supporters and to raise funds for SAT-7 UK.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• In all communication ensure consistent messaging, branding and tone of voice for the intended audience and that content conforms to the security and style guides.
• Use Customer Relationship Management systems to ensure efficient and secure storage of information.
• Assist members of the team in responding appropriately to communications from supporters and other organisations.
• Liaise with SAT-7 staff from other offices to share ideas and resources.
• Assist the Digital Communications Manager and represent SAT-7 UK at conferences and events as required.
• At all times operate within relevant statutory requirements and guidelines, following best practice recommendations wherever possible. Specially ensure compliance with the Fundraising Regulator and General Data Protection Regulations.

The Digital Content Manager role sits in the Knowledge Dissemination Department of the Schools Division. Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week): usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. A minimum of 28 hours will be considered. Flexible working is possible.

AAUK's Digital team within the Advocacy & Influencing department are seeking a Senior Digital Content Specialist. The purpose of the role will be to commission, plan, design, edit and publish content across all digital channels to increase reach and engagement with ActionAid audiences and to build ActionAid’s authority as a champion of women and girls. 

The post holder will create, manage and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support all strategic objectives. As well as provide expertise in digital best practice to support colleagues across the organisation to achieve their goals across digital channels, designing and delivering training on digital best practice, including content planning, creation and optimisation.

This opportunity will allow the Senior Digital Content Specialist to lead on digital best practice, digital skills, tools and processes across the organisation, using their knowledge to influence ways of working and embed digital culture and lead on digital content planning and creation as part of project groups on cross-organisation integrated campaigns.

About the role

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing technology-based learning solutions and resources that enable the successful delivery of specialist training courses across the Save the Children movement and the wider humanitarian sector. Working collaboratively with colleagues from across the team and partners, you will also advise on digital delivery, curriculum design, emerging technology, methodologies and research in this area.

In this role, you will: 

• Provide specialist digital learning expertise to support the design and development of quality online courses, blended learning programmes and other resources for the HLA and partners.
• Coordinate and support projects with Learning Solution Specialists and Regional teams and outside subject matter experts to define requirements, learning objectives, scope and delivery mechanisms.
• Design technical solutions that focus on end users' needs and complete project documentation.
• Develop digital learning solutions using a range of software tools.

About you

The ideal candidate will be a specialist in instructional design, with demonstratable experience of creating storyboards and developing copy for digital content that tells stories, communicates complex ideas and engages learners.  A creative and innovative individual with strong analytical and technical abilities and experience of manging digital projects.

It is important that you have:

• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools to develop engaging learning and experiences (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Elucidat, Gomo, Evolve, Adapt).
• Working knowledge of developing courses for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Virtual Learning Environments (VLE), ideally Moodle and/or Totora.
• Understanding of industry standards for digital learning resources (SCORM, AICC, LTI and xAPI) and experience of quality assuring and publishing resources onto LMS and other platforms.
• Experience of developing multilingual learning resources and localising content for specific regions.
• Experience of the use of standard industry tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) to produce professional graphics and documents.
• Experience of designing and creating other micro-learning digital resources, for example animations, games, micro-sites, virtual and immersive content.
• Experience of video and audio editing using standard industry tools (Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Camtasia).

Reprieve is a UK charity founded in 1999. Reprieve uses strategic interventions to end the use of the death penalty globally, and to end extreme human rights abuses carried out in the name of “counterterrorism” or “national security”.

 Reprieve works with the most disenfranchised people in society, as it is in their cases that human rights are most swiftly jettisoned and the rule of law is cast aside. Thus, Reprieve promotes and protects the rights of those facing the death penalty and those who are the victims of extreme human rights abuses carried out in the name of “counterterrorism” or “national security”, with a focus on arbitrary detention, torture, and extrajudicial executions.

 Reprieve’s main office is in London, UK. Reprieve also supports full-time Fellows, who work as lawyers, investigators and campaigners in the countries in which we work. We work closely with a number of partner organisations in jurisdictions all over the world, who provide access to clients, expertise, knowledge and guidance on specific issues or regions. We work in cooperation with relevant government officials, individual lawyers and human rights defenders, as well as individual, corporate and foundation funders to further the cause of our shared goals.

About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reprieve team as our Head of Digital and Mass Engagement covering parental leave. With the support of the Deputy Director of Development, you will lead our fast‐moving and creative Mass Engagement Team, who power fundraising across multiple channels. They do this by engaging and building a community of supporters and running campaigns that inspire people to support our work.

As a dynamic leader, you will oversee this area of our work by delivering and implementing Reprieve’s recently launched Mass Engagement strategy. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, as you lead digital campaigns that mobilise Reprieve’s existing community (currently about 95,000 people in the UK and 9,000 in the US) while inspiring others to join the movement.

Our Mass Engagement work is at a pivotal moment. Reprieve’s income from the general public through regular and individual giving, generated largely by email fundraising, has experienced a drop, with many of our supporters understandably reassessing their charitable giving in the face of the economic crisis.

In response to this new context, Reprieve is launching its new strategy and investing creatively to ensure sustained engagement and growth of our incredible community of supporters. Joining the team at this key moment, you will be energised to bring your skills, experience and knowledge to implement and deliver these plans, testing opportunities to diversify and grow the programme.

Salary, contract and location

The annual salary is £59,226 per annum less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance. This is an approximately 9 month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave, beginning in mid-October.

 Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work a minimum of 2 days a week from the London office and the rest of the week from home.

Save the Children UK has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Advisor to join our Humanitarian Leadership Academy (HLA) to support the design and development of technology-based learning solutions and resources that enable the successful delivery of specialist training courses across the Save the Children and the humanitarian sector.

The Humanitarian Leadership Academy (HLA), as part of SCUK's humanitarian department, provides high-quality humanitarian capacity strengthening for the movement, as well as the wider sector.

The HLA's mission is to enable people around the world to prepare for and respond to crises in their own countries, by providing quality learning opportunities. The team combines digital learning platforms, creative learning content and the design, development and delivery of quality accredited capacity strengthening and learning in an exciting and innovative offer that is both unique and unmatched anywhere across the sector. Capacity-strengthening and user-centred learning is, and will continue to be, of increasing importance - a key area to ensure the sector is able to respond effectively and efficiently to crises.

The HLA enables SCUK to offer the most effective and impactful humanitarian capacity strengthening resource for both the Save the Children movement, the wider humanitarian sector and beyond.

About the role

This role will be part of the Programmes and Learning team which is responsible for designing, managing and delivering locally led learning solutions and build a network of regional centres that can together create lasting change in the humanitarian system.

The purpose of this role is to work alongside digital and learning specialists to enable the development and delivery of an integrated and impactful digital learning solutions and support the maintenance of a portfolio of locally-led digital learning programmes.

The post holder will need to stay abreast of digital tools that meet the demand and needs of individuals, organisations and the wider humanitarian sector.

In this role, you will: 

• Work alongside Digital Learning Specialists, Learning Specialists and Regional teams to
  design and develop quality online courses, blended learning programmes and other 
  resources for the HLA and partners.
• Support Save the Children staff and external partners with digital delivery and the 
  facilitation of blended courses.
• Support learners, HLA staff and partners with day-to-day enquiries related to the 
  digital learning portfolio.
• Support the localisation of learning resources, including administrating the translation
  of resources.
• Support the creation of digital assets – including courses, e-learning modules, 
  animations, videos, graphic resources – using a range of specialist software tools.
• Help train staff within the HLA and Save the Children on digital learning tools.
• Work with the Platform team to help maintain learning hubs and sites created for 
  partners on the learning management system and other platforms.
• Work with Research, Evidence and MEAL colleagues to help staff follow processes for 
  digital data collection and analysis.
• Work with the Business Development and Operations to monitor digital activities 
  related to consultancies.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and pedagogical theories to ensure the 
  HLA digital offer remains relevant and impactful.
• Embed the team culture and develop strong ways of working within the team and 
  ensure clear and accountable governance mechanisms are in place.

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the development and delivery of digital learning in a charitable, educational, or humanitarian context. You'll be confident supporting stakeholders at all levels of digital literacy.

You will have some prior knowledge of the use of specialist learning technology software and platforms with a strong desire to develop their expertise. This is a great role for someone who wants to become a specialist in digital learning design, development and delivery within the humanitarian sector.

It is important that you have:

• Demonstrable experience designing, developing and facilitating digital learning resources within a creative team.
• Experience coordinating courses on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Virtual Learning Environments (VLE), ideally Moodle and/or Totora.
• Confidence with collaborating with stakeholders of all levels on digital projects and experience of digital training.
• Knowledge of instructional design, with experience of creating storyboards and developing copy for digital content that tells stories, communicates complex ideas and engages learners.
• Knowledge of how e-learning authoring tools can develop engaging learning and experiences (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Elucidat, Gomo, Evolve, Adapt).
• Understanding of the use of various webinar (Blackboard Collaborate, Zoom) and blended learning tools (Nearpod, Padlet, Mentimeter, Mural) to help support the remote delivery of technical training.
• Understanding of the use of standard industry tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere) to produce professional graphics, documents, videos and digital assets.
• Awareness of appropriate data analytics and reporting methods for digital learning.
• Confident in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite for producing documentation and collaboration, including experience using Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint.
• Desirable to have knowledge of and/or previous experience working in the humanitarian sector.
• Creative and innovative individual with strong analytical and technical abilities.
• An organised and thorough approach to planning and managing own workload with the ability to use own initiative to meet deadlines on competing priorities and drive results.
