Advanced Certificate in Supporting Bereaved Children and Young People (Level 4 course - Three Wednesdays)

Bereaved children and young people need to be able to grieve. They need to be able to express their grief, AND to have that expression respected and understood. Moreover, if they cannot express their grief feelings in words (often because of their emotional immaturity), they need to be able to access as wide a range of mediums, techniques, activities and metaphors to achieve their expression.

This Level 4 Advanced Certificate training course follows on from our Level 3 Certificate course that has been so well-received over the first two years of its inception. Once again, the underlying theme is “Helping Bereaved Children & Young People Find Their Metaphor for their Grief!” However, we have split this course into three distinctive days with a clear topic/theme for each day.
