Fundraising Manager (Grants)

The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) is a leading wetland conservation organisation saving wetlands for wildlife and people across the world. We manage over 2,600 hectares of wetland habitats at our network of UK visitor centres, dedicated to engaging people with wetlands and their wildlife, as well as delivering conservation programmes worldwide.
WWT’s fundraising team is looking for an experienced and innovative Fundraising Manager to develop WWT’s strategy for raising restricted and unrestricted income from grant funders in the UK and internationally. This will include working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, including the Conservation Directorate and the nine visitor centres, to identify new opportunities and secure major grant funding.
The successful candidate have significant demonstrable experience of planning and writing successful major funding proposals for a variety of grant funders, including international funders. Experience of strategic planning, budgeting and staff management is essential.
