Of course, you only pay when you appoint. You set the amount - perhaps a few hundred pounds - and this is announced on the job ad.

We don't administer the money for you, or take any cut. In fact we are not part of that commercial transaction in any way. We simply make it all a bit simpler for you to administer.

Information for Jobseekers 

How do you fancy making hundreds of pounds simply by emailing a friend to tell them about a job on this site?

Wherever you see a Finder's Fee offered on any ad on this site, you are entitled to that fee if someone is appointed as a result of your recommendation.

You just need to make sure that your friend tells the employer about the referral when they are appointed.

And buy them a drink...!

Applicability

Finder's Fees are payable to private individuals (not to Agencies or other recruitment professionals, or their employees) who refer details of a vacancy to a person who is successfully appointed. The application must be made as a result of the referral, and the organisation offering the Finder's Fee should make any appropriate enquiries it deems fit to determine if this was the case.

We recommend that the Finder's Fee is paid once the candidate has successfully completed their probationary period and that it is not refundable.
