About the role
This role covers Devon, Cornwall, and the Channel Islands
You’ll act as the main point of contact and support for volunteers in local branches, groups, and cafes. As part of an integrated regional team you’ll contribute to shared plans and priorities.
Working remotely and in person, you’ll provide the highest quality customer care and support volunteers in line with the charity’s governance requirements, as well as our policies and procedures. You’ll provide high quality business support to colleagues to promote volunteering opportunities and bring volunteers together in the local community.

About the Role:
The Research and Evidence Project Manager role provides a dedicated research project management function to specific research projects. You will also play a critical role in advancing our Research and Evidence Agenda to align with our new Global Strategy and supporting Country Programmes with their research activities.
In this role as Research and Evidence Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing select research projects within the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector in a development setting. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional project management to include operating at the intersection of academia, technical advisory, and project management. This role demands a unique blend of skills to effectively drive WaterAid's Research and Evidence agenda in alignment with our new Global Strategy, while also providing a dedicated research project management function to specific projects. About You:
- Proven experience of applied research, or equivalent demonstrable project management experience of policy-oriented or action research setting
- Proven experience in project management, coordination, and delivery, with a strong emphasis on financial oversight and contractual obligations
- Minimum of a Master's degree in social science or a relevant field, with strong research component or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in water, sanitation, hygiene, public health, or equivalent sector
- Experience of cross-sector strategic engagement and communications, and knowledge sharing experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workloads whilst maintaining high attention to detail and work standards
- Proven experience writing and presenting research outputs to different audiences
- Proven experience of managing funding from institutional donors like USAID and others
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management, with proven ability to build effective working relations with project partners

About the roles:
The role offers flexibility for home and office working with travel to appointments to meet clients when needed in Ealing.
This role is based at Whitecross Studios (Islington); however, we offer hybrid working. There will be occasional working from Perceval House (Ealing) approximately once a month and/or when meeting with clients.
As an ASB Caseworker you will provide high quality, holistic support to clients affected by Anti-Social Behaviour in the London Borough of Ealing. You will be required to attend the monthly Ealing Community ASB MARAC, held once a month.
You will act as the single point of contact for your clients offering face to face support and ensuring they receive their rights & support from external agencies. You will need experience of working in a similar setting with the ability to undertake needs and risks assessments, create appropriate support plans, and monitor the support is helping clients to cope and recover.
You will need to be able to manage a demanding workload, scheduling client appointments (may include travel) and to meet a range of conflicting deadlines. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and to communicate effectively with a range of people both within Victim Support and with external organisations.

· 1. Prepare and execute a project plan that establishes a clear process of review, rationalisation, publication, and promotion of revised and new parent content.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan and deliver effective support and safety plans with the service user referring to specialist agencies as required.
- Ensure that properties are always adequately equipped, maintained, furnished, and cleaned.
- Support residents to understand responsibilities that will help them keep their CAS-2 and future accommodation.
- Empower and motivate service users to identify and achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop a move-on plan with service users at the earliest opportunity, identifying realistic options for their future home.

About the role
Recovery and connect is a project delivered in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The Outreach Support Worker will work intensively with a caseload of individuals identified by the HomeFirst alliance, who have a pre-existing mental health concern and to support them to access ongoing community services.
The role will involve traveling across different locations in Surrey Heath and working as part of a team aligned to the shared care forum to support vulnerable service users.

Purpose of Role
We are looking for an insightful and pro-active Data Analyst. This role is based within our Income and Marketing Department, reporting to the Head of Membership and working closely with our IT team.
You will lead the delivery of the Ramblers’ supporter selections, design and implement data solutions to drive supporter engagement and increase efficiencies and deliver data insights to staff members and volunteers about our audiences. The role
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the organisation to use data in its operations, using first party and third-party data sources to facilitate more informed and reliable decision making. Ensure data is relevant, accurate, and accessible by creating, maintaining, and promoting dashboards (through Tableau) for staff and volunteers.
- Lead on developing and improving new processes and automations to save organisational time and increase supporter engagement. This will include marketing automations such as welcome journeys for members.
- Deliver data selections in a timely manner, utilising insights to improve response, and where appropriate segmenting data. Support teams in developing testing plans to improve future outcomes and provide data insights following the campaigns and recommendations for future.
- Create and maintain processes allowing for self-service of simple or regularly scheduled selections by staff members (currently accessed through Tableau).
- Share responsibility for data imports within the organisation. Provide support as appropriate to the IT team to ensure information flows between our systems (Salesforce, the Data Warehouse, Mail Chimp etc) in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Income and Marketing Department to develop and implement data driven approaches to income generation forecasting and increasing supporter engagement.
- Maintain accurate supporter information in an accessible and secure way through IT systems such as the CRM and Data Warehouse in accordance with data and charity legislation.
This role works within the Income and Marketing Department, and the majority of the work is focused on supporting this Department. The post holder however would be providing support across the organisation and would work very closely with our IT team.
To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required of the post holder by the Ramblers.

Knowledge and Experience
Essential:
- Familiarity with a general-purpose programming language ideally Python (majority of processes currently built in Python)
- Experience using Tableau
- Knowledge and experience of SQL
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical terms and process in an appropriate way for a variety of audiences
- First-class data analytical skills, including experience using segmentation modelling and analysing results for direct marketing.
Desirable:
- Experience working with data in the not-for-profit sector
