Background:
At Tullochan we believe in young people – passionately. We work with young people who, for one reason or another, have lost confidence or motivation. Many believing that they are unable to do anything useful or worthwhile with their lives. We have helped over 6,000 young people in West Dunbartonshire since 1996 and we continue to support around 500 per year, helping them change their attitude and by doing so changing their lives for the better.
The Role:This is a key role within the senior management team. We are currently offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to help drive our continued growth to a new level. This role is hugely exciting, varied and rewarding and involves regular and sustained contact with major donors, events and corporate supporters. Having embarked on a major development programme, we are now looking for a creative thinker to help us develop and manage a continually evolving range of innovative projects while maintaining a keen focus on delivering results.
Your Profile:Applications would be welcome from candidates who are educated to Degree standard or equivalent and
preferably members of the Institute of Fundraising. Candidates will have an excellent knowledge and proven ability of fundraising and practice across the full range of funding sources: Individuals, Trusts, Corporate, Community and
Major Donors.
Salary and benefits: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
(negotiable dependant on experience) plus 3% pension.
