Extra Care Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe require a dynamic, enthusiastic and well organised individual to lead the co-ordination and management of our extra care services for older adults. You will have the vision and flair to lead the staff team to provide the highest standards of customer care and person centred service delivery and to promote independence, choice and wellbeing. The role will involve direct support, staff deployment and supervision and joint working with families and other agencies. Relevant experience and qualifications required, as are excellent communication skills and a good general standard of education.
