The Financial Inclusion Managers will play a central role in helping us achieve our vision for an end for the need for food banks in the UK. This is a varied, proactive and fast-paced role responsible for day-to-day coordination of local and regional projects and partnerships and providing direct support to food banks in your local area. The role will focus on delivering support and services to Trussell Trust food banks and partner organisations to develop and optimise timely access to financial inclusion support to those visiting (or at risk of needing to visit) food banks including through individual meetings, development visits, regional events, training sessions and national conferences.
Role responsibilities
· Assist food banks to develop their financial inclusion offering by providing advice and support to develop new initiatives and partnerships, optimise existing ones and/or develop referral relationships with advice sector partners
· Support good practice in service models, quality assurance processes, governance, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, referral pathways and engaging volunteers and promote a culture of learning and improvement and participation of diverse communities with lived experience.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with food bank staff and volunteers, as well as establishing effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders including (including those that work with specific diverse groups who are affected by poverty). This would include working with advice providers, local authorities, community organisations and churches (who are often involved in the governance and running of food banks) to build understanding of and commitment to the importance of effective financial inclusion provision in contributing to ending the need for food banks in local communities.
· Work closely with relevant Network Leads and Area Managers to ensure that support provided is well-aligned and integrated with Trussell Trust’s wider support offer
· Organise and chair regional training, clusters or events for managers, advisers and volunteers to promote co-operation and sharing of good practice around financial inclusion
· Contribute to the understanding of the Financial Inclusion team of the good practice, opportunities and challenges taking place within your area and support the development and promotion of national financial inclusion initiatives

Strategy
· Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in ensuring strategic workforce planning and change management in alignment with RMC’s overall strategy.
· The post holder must have a proven track record in managing complex HR issues such as grievance, disciplinary, sickness absence and other HR matters and be able to support managers in building effective working relationships.
Service Management
· Leading the provision of a comprehensive human resources service to ensure that we are recruiting the best employees and volunteers and supporting them to deliver outstanding services and other positive change for refugees and migrants.
· Managing RMC’s Human Resources in line with relevant service standards, key performance indicators and the human resources budget, ensuring robust plans are in place but also flexibility to cope with new needs, as they arise.
· Advising the SLT (CEO, Deputy CEO and Head of Services) and other senior managers on human resources matters and ensure all people managers in the organisation have the necessary skills and support to address complex employment issues e.g. in relation to sickness, performance and disciplinary and grievance processes.

· Overseeing RMC’s performance management framework and advise senior managers on any remedial actions required.

This role will ensure that we are developing partnerships and applying for new funding in line with our business objective and values. Role outline and purpose
Working as a key link between the Philanthropy team and wider organisational teams, the Philanthropy Content Reporting Manager – Trusts will create specific reporting materials for our key funders. You will hold responsibility for a reporting schedule for named partners and work closely with our impact and finance teams to track progress of funded projects and ensure that we deliver partner/funder updates in line with agreements.
You will have experience of supporting high-value fundraising teams and be adept at building strong relationships across the organisation to help inform the Trusts team about the activities and outputs of our operational teams. You will understand complex qualitative and quantitative data and use this to write up, design and produce high-quality communications for donors. You will be confident at taking the lead on the reporting requirements of our relationship managers, with efficiency and effectiveness.

We are recruiting for a Temporary Programme Project Manager for a social welfare charity You will help maintain the progress of the programme towards ending gendered poverty . You will need strong project management experience.
Hybrid workings 2 days in London or Middlesborough depending on programme needs
The Role
Oversee the final editing, design and distribution of evaluation reports.
Ensure that the findings of the reports are fed into relevant sectors online spaces, meetings and internal learning.
Alongside the Programme Assistant meet with local partners and other relevant stakeholders to maintain warm relationships and share information.

Work with funders and our community partners to design a co production session with young people on financial insecurity, mental health and self-esteem.

Scope out partnerships with Middlesbrough organisations working with young people for a peer research programme.
Provide regular updates on finances, impact and learning and activity planning to the co-heads of Local Programmes.
Attend Local Programme team meetings and support the development of team-wide initiatives.
