The Supporter Care Manager will manage and lead the Supporter Services function to provide an exceptional service to supporters, from initial contact through the whole of their supporter journey, including thanking, welcome and upgrade calls to exemplary complaint handling.
You will continually review and challenge the functions processes to identify improvements and efficiencies in order to continually improve their supporter offer and ultimately increase fundraising income and donor retention.
To be successful in this role you will have management experience in a customer service environment, ideally within Raiser’s Edge or a relationship management database. You will be able to gather, analyse and report on key metrics with the ability to work systematically and accurately under pressure.

Working for this exciting not for profit organisation you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of people to ensure the HR team supports the charity in a timely and efficient manner.
This charity aims to restore churches with significant damage and sometimes neglected buildings back to life adding to the cultural heritage of the country. You do not need to be belong to the Christian community/faith to work for this growing charity.
In your role as HR Administrator you will work along side the HR Manager and provide generalist day to day support in all areas of HR.
Your day to day duties as HR Administrator will include;
- Assisting with all recruitment campaigns including arranging interviews
- Lead on onboarding process of new starters including raising contracts
- Update monthly staff update including starters and finishers
- Attend all HR meetings and complete note taking
- Ad hoc HR reporting
This is a very varied role and the extra support is required as a result of growth plan in the HR team. Therefore, your day to day duties will vary depending on the projects and targets of the HR functions.
The skills that you will bring to your role as HR Administrator will include;
- Similar experience in a HR team
- Prior experience of HR recruitments
- Excellent and clear communications demonstrated in prior roles including minute taking or drafting letters and emails
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures including onboarding

The Gift Processing Manager works within Supporter Services, with line management responsibility of the Gift Processing Coordinator. You will manage and have oversight for all the processing of donations, and will ensure it is processed to a high standards, along with the successful monthly reconciliation.
You will collaborate with diverse teams on new fundraising projects and initiatives to assess how Gift Processing can best assist and add value, delivering training sessions to new starters, explaining sometimes complex financial processes to various stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for creating collaborative working environments, with interest in the nature of charitable giving and a background in financial administration, fundraising finance, or charity supporter services.

The Fundraising Database Manager will be responsible for the provision of data and user support for all fundraising activities on the Raiser’s Edge system by ensuring that the data on the database is useable, consistent and accurate.
You will have line reports, and will be responsible for managing the team to perform at a high level. You will also develop the team so that they will be a leading force in how the fundraising functionality will be managed in the Foundation’s future.

As the Stewardship Events Lead, you will oversee the planning, project management, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of bespoke events across the organisation. The Senior Donor Relations Manager will develop, sustain and nurture lifelong relationships with donors - before, during and after their gift. You will work closely with the philanthropy, corporate, grant team and clinical colleagues across the 3 hospitals to produce compelling and bespoke impact reports, communications and engagement opportunities for donors. The role is the subject matter expert in donor relations and will provide expert advice to stakeholders across the fundraising team and three hospitals regarding donor relations and stewardship activities.
This will mean working strategically to make recommendations, deliver and implement a range of meaningful donor experiences, communications, recognition opportunities, costings and activities for our most significant donors, deepening their connection to the charity and connecting them with the tangible impact of their giving.

As the Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing their Born Green Generation campaign.
This is a full-time position operating on a four-day week (8 hours/day) to support work-life balance. Their head office is based in Brussels and ideally the Campaign Manager would commute to that office but they will consider remote applications. Salary for this role is up to €3,570 gross per month, dependent on qualifications and experience, which is roughly £45,000 GBP.

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for:
- Campaign Strategy Development and Implementation: Developing and leading the implementation of effective campaigning strategies for a new initiative, aimed at engaging various audiences and maximising impact over the next three years.
- EU-wide Campaign Scale-up: Leading the scale-up of an EU-wide campaign, developing an awareness-raising campaign promoting the pledge and encouraging healthcare providers to take action, while monitoring and reporting on its success.
- Political Engagement and Advocacy: Supporting the Plastics and Chemical Policy Coordinator's activities to drive political engagement and advocacy for a project, including the development of effective messaging and materials.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building: Proactively building and developing relationships with project stakeholders, partners, funders, and policymakers, aiming to build a coalition of motivated advocates across Europe.
- Team Collaboration and Support: Providing guidance and support to team members working on other projects and programs as needed, and acting as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
To be appointed you will have:
- Solid of experience in advocacy campaign management within an EU setting – this will include behavioural change and people engagement
- Experience in a relevant field such as communications, international relations, political science or public policy
- Strong understanding of policy issues and the political landscape in Europe
- Experience or interest in health/environmental issues
