As part of our Corporate Partnerships team, you'll play a vital role in developing and delivering impactful collaborations. From employee fundraising and bespoke awareness campaigns to tackling mental health stigma, gift-in-kind partnerships and donations. No two partnerships are the same.

The Corporate Partnerships team is part of the wider Income Generation Directorate, which brings together Fundraising, Retail, Business Development and Operations into a single, unified function. Together, we share responsibility for delivering sustainable income growth, strong performance and meaningful organisational impact. Everyone plays a role in this collective approach, working across teams to achieve ambitious targets, strengthen supporter and partner relationships, and embed commercially minded, mission-led ways of working.

This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Key duties and responsibilities

The Postholder will provide excellent relationship and account management to Mind's existing corporate partnerships to maximise mutual value and impact. They will plan and deliver partnership initiatives, in line with the CorporatePartnerships strategy, to achieve ambitious income targets. This role will contribute to the Corporate Partnerships team accountabilities:

-Secure and grow restricted and unrestricted income via out mutually beneficial corporate partnerships

-Develop and enable corporate partnerships that deliver added value benefits to Mind and it's work i.e. gift-in-kind and pro-bono support

-Develop and enable corporate partnerships in support of Mind reaching new audiences

-Deliver an excellent experience in support of effective, long-term relationships

Salary: £35,553–£39,481 pro rata
Location: Home-based (with occasional meetings in Coventry)
Contract: 12-month fixed term, part-time 20-40% FTE (1–2 days per week equivalent)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to grow this vital area of income. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our trusts and foundations strategy at a key point in our organisational development, helping to diversify income and support innovative, impactful programmes.

You will lead on identifying and securing new funding opportunities, building strong donor relationships, and writing compelling proposals and reports. You’ll also represent Cord externally and work collaboratively across teams to develop strong cases for support.

About You

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of securing funding from trusts, foundations, or philanthropic donors, alongside excellent writing and communication skills. You will be confident building relationships and proactively developing opportunities, with a strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape.

You’ll be an excellent communicator and able to translate complex programmes into persuasive funding cases, and comfortable building relationships through networking and outreach.

This is a home-based role, with some occasional travel to Coventry required for meetings. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations & Programmes Support Officer to play a vital role in the smooth running of our small charity strengthening London’s communities. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both programme delivery and day-to-day operations. You will bring strong attention to detail, a conscientious approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Working closely with colleagues across the team, you will be a clear communicator who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive working environment.

The Operations and Programme Support role will be instrumental in supporting our small team to continue to grow our services to support charitable organisations across London while consistently maintaining and improving the quality of our service.

Responsibilities:

Operations support

• Maintain and improve key systems and processes, including CRM data, mailing lists, and shared platforms like SharePoint
• Manage shared inboxes, internal communications, meetings, and day-to-day team coordination
• Provide wider operational support, including managing equipment and systems, basic troubleshooting, data protection, and staff coordination (e.g. meetings, holidays)

Programme and Communications support

• Working closely with the Events Manager, coordinate event delivery, including promotion, registrations, attendee communications, and on-the-day support for 10 online Lunch & Learn events, 2 in-person workshops and 2 community events a year.
• Support event logistics (venues, catering) and ensure all data, feedback and learnings are captured and recorded in our CRM
• Assist with website updates, weekly social media activity, and community engagement and track monthly performance across channels
• Support and maintain impact metrics and participant feedback across all activities
• Contribute to research and information gathering for programme development and fundraising as needed

We work in all boroughs and the city of London with 90% of organisations we support addressing issues of poverty, vulnerability and marginalisation.

Person Specification

• Highly organised, with experience supporting organisational operations and/or programme delivery
• Strong attention to detail and some experience working with databases and CRM systems; familiarity with a number of these systems is a plus
• Experience supporting events (online and in-person) and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable and experienced with various forms of technology including digital tools (e.g. excel, social media platforms, content tools)
• Clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across a team
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and keen to positively contribute to a growing organisation

Nice to haves:

• An understanding of volunteering and Skilled Volunteering in particular
• Knowledge, and some direct experience, with the charity sector
• An understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by small charitable organisations today
• The ability to be in London multiple times a week as needed
