See Me is Scotland's national programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination. Alongside its role as managing partner of See Me, the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) works in partnership with the programme to deliver its research, learning and evaluation functions. This includes the delivery of research, evaluation and knowledge exchange to inform programme development.
What does the role involve?
- Designing and leading evaluation and research projects across a dynamic programme of work, with the support of a wider team, using mixed method approaches (quantitative and qualitative).

Purpose of Role
To provide an effective and high-quality service directly supporting individuals affected by sexual violence ensuring service delivery and performance standards are maintained at all times. Specialist Caseworkers will be supported by a professional management team providing training, procedures, operational, Reflective Practice and 1:1 supervision.
Main Responsibilities/Activities
1. For all survivors accessing the service
· Provide direct emotional and practical support, promote the building of resilience to enable survivors to move forward from the trauma.
· Ensure that service users feel safe, supported, heard, and believed.
· Ensure timely contact with new referrals and complete an assessment of emotional and practical needs.
· Support and develop the understanding of the impacts of trauma.
· Provide information and resources to normalise responses to trauma and offer reassurance.

2. Quality Assurance
· Maintain confidential client records, sharing and managing information in accordance with PRCCG Policies and Procedures

· Attend and participate in regular Team Meetings, Peer Review Meetings, one to one supervision and Reflective practice.

The Role

We are recruiting for a Dementia Carers Support Officer who can make a positive difference to the lives of unpaid carers in the diverse communities of Redbridge by providing them with practical, emotional and health and wellbeing related RCSS services. Services include the development and delivery of peer social and learning activities to give carers a break and reduce the risk of acute isolation.
The post holder will focus specifically on carers of people with dementia ensuring they receive advice and information and access key support services. The post holder will also work closely with partner organisations to facilitate cross referrals for both the carer and the person with dementia. A key requirement of the post is to feed into local strategic work to improve the support pathway for people with dementia and their carers including being a point of contact within Redbridge as well as attendance and input to relevant partnership boards and other working groups.
This is a job share post, working in close collaboration with the existing Dementia Support Officer. The post holder will also work with colleagues, to act as a bridge between carers and statutory services, contributing towards giving carers a stronger voice in speaking up for themselves and their peers. In this context and in collaboration with the Operations Manager and front-line staff, the post holder will also pay particular attention to the needs of older, isolated, vulnerable carers, aged 65 and over, who face social exclusion, cultural isolation, and hardship. This role is establishing Friends of the Earth’s flagship environmental leadership programme with young people in Belfast and surrounding areas. The programme, People Planet Place, uses community organising methodology to support marginalised young people to develop and deliver their own environmental justice campaigns as a team within their Further Education college or Youth Work setting. This is a new role in Belfast that will work alongside an existing Youth Campaign Coach based in Derry/Londonderry.
This work has been made possible by a four year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund. Enormous thank you to the fund for enabling a new generation of young people in Northern Ireland to campaign to protect our world.
Job purpose:
To deliver Friends of the Earth Northern Ireland’s inclusion programmes with working class, disabled, LGBTQIA+ and racialised young people in Further Education and youth work settings across Northern Ireland, with a focus in the greater Belfast area. This includes:
- Responsibility for direct project delivery in colleges and youth groups;
- Co-delivery with college and youth work staff so they can subsequently run the programme independently; and
- Coordinating a professional network of youth work and environmental organisations to increase access to environmental campaigning opportunities for marginalised young people in Northern Ireland.
The direct delivery involves leading recruitment and induction of small teams of young people followed by support in the form of training, coaching and resources to help them to implement environmental campaigns in their colleges, youth groups and communities.
Projects may vary but the focus will be on supporting 16-25 year olds within Further Education and Youth Work settings to learn about environmental justice and become skilled campaigners. Work will include follow up support for alumni of the programme to continue their campaigning journey.

The team
The Northern Ireland team sit within the Energy Directorate of Energy Saving Trust. In Northern Ireland, our main focus is to deliver the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP), but we also are involved in other areas of work and deliver campaigns helping NI householders save energy and money.
There are currently four programme support officers who work very closely to support each other in delivering NISEP and report into the project manager of the team. The team also includes an assistant programme manager and is headed up by the programme manager for NI. The team collaborate with external stakeholders regularly and other teams of Energy Saving Trust.
The role
The programme support officer will be focusing on enabling people in Northern Ireland create warmer homes, reduce their energy bills, and lower their carbon footprint.
NISEP is an £8 million grant programme that provides funding for energy efficiency measures for domestic and commercial properties. Energy Saving Trust are the programme administrator of NISEP on behalf of the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland.
The role will provide you with an inspiring opportunity to develop your programme management experience, and develop your knowledge in the Energy Access sector, helping our vulnerable customers.

Permanent, part time, 28 hours a week (some evenings and weekends required).
The hours for this role will be worked according to a rolling shift pattern between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm Saturdays and Sundays.

An ABC of CSA is a creative resource co-produced with 40 CSA survivors to support better conversations about child sexual abuse, including: a set of alphabet cards, a touring exhibition and associated cross-sector training.
The Role
We are looking for a Training and Development Coordinator to join us, who has strong communication skills and excellent organisational ability. You may have experience in coordinating a training programme or developing business leads for ongoing training or sales opportunities. You may have a background in arts and/or mental health or experience working in the sexual violence sector, therapy or counselling.
You will help Viv Gordon Company to develop, market and sell existing training centred around An ABC of CSA and recruit, support and coordinate a small team of trainers. Reporting to (and with the support of) the company’s Executive Producer, this will include:
- Support VGC in cross sector consultation to identify training needs of different potential clients to inform training design
- Develop contacts and leads for training bookings via email, phone calls and relevant networking events
- Develop training info pack and relevant materials (with a graphic designer if needed)
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and coordinate distribution to relevant parties
- Plan & coordinate the train the trainers session with VGC
- Help recruit trainers
- Coordinate the trainers going to their delivery sessions inc. any access support requirements
- Be the main point of contact for trainers and clients when delivering their training sessions
- Get feedback from clients and implement changes with VGC where required

The team
The Northern Ireland team sit within the Energy Directorate of Energy Saving Trust. In Northern Ireland, our main focus is to deliver the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP), but we also are involved in other areas of work and deliver campaigns helping NI householders save energy and money.
There are currently four programme support officers who work very closely to support each other in delivering NISEP and report into the project manager of the team. The team also includes an assistant programme manager and is headed up by the programme manager for NI. The team collaborate with external stakeholders regularly and other teams of Energy Saving Trust.
The role
The programme support officer will be focusing on enabling people in Northern Ireland create warmer homes, reduce their energy bills, and lower their carbon footprint.
NISEP is an £8 million grant programme that provides funding for energy efficiency measures for domestic and commercial properties. Energy Saving Trust are the programme administrator of NISEP on behalf of the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland.
The role will provide you with an inspiring opportunity to develop your programme management experience, and develop your knowledge in the Energy Access sector, helping our vulnerable customers.
What you’ll do
• Support the smooth running of the Energy Saving Trust NI programme work, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
• A strong focus on the administration of NISEP, including assessing payment claims; reviewing and analysing interim reports as well as other NISEP tasks.
• Liaise with external stakeholders as well as with Energy Saving Trust staff in other offices.
What you’ll bring
