Job description

Are you ready to join the RBL’s Recovery Services Team to support the implementation of our exciting strategy that will deliver class leading Recovery Programmes to over 5,500 beneficiaries annually?

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the RBL Recovery Services Team, as Recovery Pathways Officer. These positions have been introduced to ensure our beneficiaries receive the best possible support.

The RBL are committed to a significant expansion of Recovery Services, including an increase in the number and diversity of Recovery Programmes; delivery of Team UK to the Invictus Games; and the introduction of community follow-up programmes.

As a Recovery Pathways Officer, you will support with the development of systems that supports beneficiaries through their bespoke Recovery Pathway. You will work alongside expert coaches to deliver Recovery Programmes and activities which include adaptive sport, inclusive adventure activities, recovery through arts and the Invictus Games experience. You will be integral in maximising the recovery benefits of each programme and endorsing early intervention and sustained long term recovery.

This will be a highly rewarding role and you will be fully supported in gaining a full understanding of Recovery Service Programmes and the pathways that are available to beneficiaries, both internal to RBL and externally.

The role is based at the RBL’s Battle Back Centre, but you will also be supporting programmes which are delivered nationally and internationally. This may include extended periods away, weekends and providing out of hours support.
