Sitting in the Community Fundraising and Events department within the Marketing and Income Generation Directorate the Community Fundraising Hubs aim to grow local income from a diverse range of products and activities through a volunteer first approach. The community fundraising volunteer team leader is responsible for managing and growing our network of fundraising volunteers, ensuring each volunteer has a positive experience, supporting the growth of community fundraised income and demonstrating the joy and impact of community fundraising and volunteering all for the benefit of cats and kittens in the UK.

As Brand Manager, you will work across the organisation to manage daily requests for support and approvals on copy and design work that require constant action and collaboration both with teams right across the organisation and with external agency partners to ensure we are delivering a coherent, focused and integrated brand to our audiences. You will work closely with the Campaign Manager to build and track brand performance metrics including awareness, reach, logo recognition and sentiment and provide input and support for other projects/initiatives as required across the charity.

- Significant experience in a brand strategy and activation role
- Experience of briefing and management of creatives both in-house and external agencies

About the role
We’re recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to steer us in the next stage of our journey. This is an exciting development of an existing role at Overcoming MS and will allow the successful candidate to make the position their own.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering an innovative new digital marketing approach, through the innovation, creation and delivery of projects and activities which increase leads, donations and engagement for Overcoming MS charity.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will work across several areas, including:
1. Conversion optimisation
· Increasing our donations and data capture - to enable us to continue the dialogue and create donations from a greater percentage of those who visit our website, or interact with other digital channels.
· Working with our agency partner to optimise key landing pages and signposting for conversion.
2. User journey optimisation
· Helping people find the right content based on data optimisations so that more people find what they need and understand what else the charity could offer them. Using HotJar for insights.
· Automated email journeys - Building customer journeys to support the Program pillars to build deeper relationships with people in our community.
3. Increasing reach and traffic generation
· Testing different low-cost digital reach opportunities.
· Including paid social, referral activities, calls to action across our channels, YouTube SEO and SEM. Working with an agency to optimise journeys from Google Grant, leading to clearly articulated actions (eg donations, sign-ups, click-throughs).
4. Testing to improve results continually
· Email AB testing - Deliver AB testing to inform future email AB tests.
· Plan AB testing for email marketing projects, for the website, and other projects as needed to improve conversion rates.
5. Digital project management
· Testing new digital versions of courses and tools. Project management of website updates.
6. Campaign support
· Leading, innovating and supporting advocacy, communications and fundraising campaigns as needed to increase reach, engagement and conversions.
7. Gathering community feedback
· Continue the plan to access regular community feedback to influence Hub improvements and other digital channel improvements.
8. Supplier collaboration
· Working with our suppliers to optimise collaboration, reduce cost and increase impact.
About you
Strong digital skills
• A proven track record of managing digital products/projects/programmes which create value for end-users.
• Strong working knowledge and experience in digital solutions.
• Experience in evaluating and improving existing digital programs.
• Significant experience working with 3rd party digital providers to create solutions that work for the target audience.
• Confident in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Excellent understanding of AB testing to maximise conversion rates.

he Fundraising Officer will work as part of the Fundraising team and focus on delivering income targets from trusts and foundations. Building good relationships with new funders including regular reporting, as well as good stewardship of existing funders, is an important part of the role.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Delivering on fundraising priorities and targets for trusts and foundations income, including our current and future major appeals.
- Researching, identifying, and prioritising appropriate trusts and foundations to maintain and convert a pipeline of new, prospective trusts and foundations.
- Working with colleagues across the organisation to help shape projects for funding and creating strong Cases for Support to ensure effective applications.
- Writing and submitting high quality targeted funding applications.
- Maintaining an effective stewardship programme for trusts and foundations including appropriate accurate records, ensuring the fundraising e-Tapestry database is kept up-todate and that fundraising income is processed efficiently with timely thank you letters and acknowledgements.

About the role
You’ll empower your clients to take actions for themselves or will advocate on their behalf for better service, support and outcomes, so they can live their life with Parkinson's in the way they choose.
You’ll deliver tailored information and support through a range of channels including telephone, video and email and, where appropriate, home visits and in community settings.
You’ll be responsible for building excellent relationships with healthcare professionals and other relevant agencies, as well as our network of volunteers and groups.
What you'll do:

Provide professional person centred, in depth support to clients by a range of means, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.

Provide support on a variety of health and social care issues, including appropriate emotional, employment and welfare benefits support and advocating with and on behalf of clients.

Work closely with clinicians, specialist nurses and other professional colleagues to raise the profile of the service, increase depth of support and achieve improved outcomes for people with Parkinson’s.

We’ve grown a lot over the last 15 years and our weekly community meals now run in more than 85 towns and cities across England and Wales. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our growing Reading Street Outreach Service in a Rough Sleeper Navigator role, across housing, immigration, women’s support, health, and substance misuse issues with some of Readings most vulnerable individuals.
The team provide through-care casework to socially excluded individuals who are sleeping rough or living in various temporary accommodation settings. The team works with clients who have complex needs requiring specialist support to remain away from the streets and sustain secure accommodation, avoiding a return to homelessness. In the role of Navigator, you will:
- Work proactively to make contact with clients to assess their needs who are at immediate risk of homelessness.
- Provide a client centred approach, offering support and advice to access suitable support including health care for physical and/or mental health conditions, specialised advice, and work and training opportunities.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Local Authorities, other homeless services and housing providers, in UK and Europe.
- Provide line management, support and supervision to staff.
- In this role you will work across different locations to ensure support is provided to clients where it is needed, such as team offices, on the streets, local Day Centres or Housing Options.
About you
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and some experience of engaging marginalised or vulnerable people. We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. Litter-picking brings people closer together, enables neighbours to meet one another other and helps create a greater sense of pride and community in local areas.
