We’re working with a fantastic charity are who looking for a Supporter Care Manager to join their team. This role will manage a team of 8 experienced officers ensuring excellent supporter care is provided to all the charity’s supporters, responding to all supporter queries in a timely manner.
You’ll also ensure the smooth process of donations and timely appreciation of supporters for their donations including ensuring that all communications and updated on the charity’s database. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing improvements of supporter journey whilst continually developing new strategies towards providing supporters with excellent donor care to promote long-term support. This charity is passionate about ED&I and this is an excellent opportunity to step into a bigger team.
As a Supporter Care Manager, you will need:
- Experience working in a supporter care role with track record of successfully leading a team
- Demonstrable knowledge working with Raiser’s Edge CRM or other relevant fundraising database
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and systematic prioritising skills
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000
Contract: Permanent Full time

We are working in partnership with the Pontesbury Project, who are looking to appoint an experienced Registered Care Manager (NVQ level 5 qualified) to help lead the service, and ensure the continued growth and development of their care provision and maintaining outstanding quality care.
Pontesbury Project is a local charity providing care and homes to adults with learning difficulties in a caring, fulfilling, meaningful and nurturing environment. The Project now cares for around 16 residents, has 13 properties, and employs around 50 staff who provide high quality, specialist, person centred support to individuals some of whom have severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, many of whom require 1-to-1 support.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for care to help lead the service. The new Registered Care Manager will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, playing a significant and valued role working alongside the Nominated Individual and Trustees to ensure the service develops, continues to perform at the highest-level and adheres to all legislative requirements. In addition, the successful candidate must meet CQC Registered Manager requirements.
You will have:
- Experience of a working as a care manager or looking to take the next step in your career
- Excellent communication skills, (oral and written) enable to work closely with families, service users, team leaders, and staff
- Excellent understanding of Care Quality Commission’s regulations and standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, and accurate record keeping in line with all legislative requirements
- Level 5 NVQ qualification or working towards
You will demonstrate passion, honesty, trust, and integrity, be an effective leader with the ability to motivate and develop a committed and highly trained workforce, including support workers and team leaders.
Please note you will need an Enhanced DBS, provided by the charity, and you will be expected to participate in an on-call rota to ensure emergency cover and a 24-hour support.
