About the role
The role is a key part of the Supporter Journeys Team and works particularly with the Legacy and Retention teams. This role focuses on enhancing the retention and engagement strategies for supporters at Christian Aid. The role executes and evaluate campaigns aimed at engaging and retaining supporters.
As new strategies are developed, the role will play an active part by bringing experience and insight on how to engage and nurture supporters. This role plays a vital role in the development of supporter journeys, helping to provide understanding of what motivates our existing audience and how we can learn from this in strategic development.
About you
You are an individual with a passion for making a difference, with experience in direct marketing campaign management across print, digital and telemarketing channels combined with a solid understanding of project management principles. Your ability to work collaboratively is paramount, as you will be coordinating with teams across the organization, to deliver impactful and engaging supporter communications.
With a strong grasp of direct marketing KPIs and an analytical approach, you are skilled in understanding audience data to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) and crafting campaigns that resonate deeply with our donors, showing them the impact that there support is making in tackling poverty. As well as having experience of supporter journey mapping so that we can implement a test and learn approach to our supporter journeys and improve our supporter engagement and communications. Role Overview
As Family Centre Manager you will play a vital role in the leadership of our church and charity’s community ministry to local children aged 0-11 and their families. Based out of our dedicated family centre, you will be responsible for leading a committed team of staff and volunteers to deliver a holistic programme of support and activities that meets local needs and reflects our Christian values and mission.
You will co-ordinate the day-to-day delivery of the centre’s activities and services, ensuring that delivery is responsive to the views and needs of local parents, carers and children while meeting the contractual requirements of our funders, and ensuring that staff and volunteers are working effectively to support positive outcomes for children and families.
Working with the Fern Street Steering Group, you will also help maintain the centre’s long-term sustainability, this will include maintaining existing partnerships, oversee fundraising efforts and ensuring that adequate resources (people, finances, in-kind) are available to support current and future areas of activity. This will also involve maintaining and developing strong engagement of the congregation and wider staff team of All Hallows Bow church in the ministry of the centre.
You will also take responsibility for overseeing Fern Street Family Centre’s spiritual life and mission - by nurturing a healthy team culture of prayer and mutual support and ensuring that our Christian values and mission are embedded throughout our work.
This is a diverse role that shapes around the passions and skills of the right candidate and offers plenty of opportunities for hands-on involvement with children and families alongside the role’s core leadership and management responsibilities.

About you

This role is a maternity cover role on a 9 - 12 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital communications and creating engaging content for digital and social platforms. The Digital Content and Communications Officer (DCCO) reports to the Digital Communications Manager and has responsibility for the SAT-7 UK website, digital marketing and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website: Developing and updating SAT-7’s websites as inspiring platforms to raise profile, income and engagement.
Emails: Work with colleagues in the Communications Team and across the organisation to build, test and send responsive email templates for all SAT-7 UK’s email requirements (meeting SAT-7’s brand guidelines and conforming to industry standards). Use email marketing tool DotDigital to develop automated communications that strengthen supporter engagement and convert recipients into committed donors.
Content: Deliver engaging and inspiring rich media content across a range of digital channels, including web, email, social media and other digital marketing platforms.
Social Media: Work closely with other team members to deliver strong social media content and engagement across various platforms, chiefly Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn.
Marketing: Support the digital marketing of SAT-7 resources and campaigns through social media advertising, external agencies and other channels as required, to engage more deeply with existing supporters and donors, acquire new supporters and to raise funds for SAT-7 UK.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- In all communication ensure consistent messaging, branding and tone of voice for the intended audience and that content conforms to the security and style guides.
- Use Customer Relationship Management systems to ensure efficient and secure storage of information.
- Assist members of the team in responding appropriately to communications from supporters and other organisations.
- Liaise with SAT-7 staff from other offices to share ideas and resources.
- Assist the Digital Communications Manager and represent SAT-7 UK at conferences and events as required.

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Relationship Fundraising Department for a 3 year fixed term contract. The role sits within an 11 person Corporate Fundraising team, which has an overall target of £3.5m.
It is a truly exciting time to be joining Centrepoint, as we work towards our vision to end youth homelessness by 2037. Partnerships and support from our corporate partners are a key part of making this vision a reality.
The Partnerships Manager will primarily be responsible for managing a new and exciting multi-year strategic partnership. This new partnership will be the largest multi-year partnership in Centrepoint’s corporate portfolio and will be transformational for Centrepoint and the young people we work with.
Working between our offices as well as our corporate partner’s office (an hour from London by train), to fully integrate yourself with the organisation, you will be the account manager and main point of contact leading on the successful delivery of all aspects of the partnership. This will include building upon existing plans and relationships and implementing new strategies to achieve targets and objectives for the partnership.
You will be an ambitious and driven account manager with extensive experience at a 6 figure plus level high profile strategic partnerships. Experience managing complex partnerships, ideally with a marketing or consumer-facing element, is beneficial. You will be an excellent communicator and networker, with the ability to form strong relationships externally and internally, including engaging with a range of stakeholders at senior management level.
In particular, the post holder will:
· Lead on the successful delivery of this partnership in line with the agreed objectives by providing first class account management and strategic planning;
· Produce annual plans, budgets and KPIs to effectively manage the partnership;
