Their fun and welcoming fundraising team are looking for a new Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their growing team. Their pipeline is established and engaged and this role is responsible for spotting new opportunities as well as engaging and growing their existing partners. You will also be responsible for line managing for the Corporate Fundraising Executive.

Based in one of our hubs across Cambridgeshire (21-28 hours per week)
Centre 33 is an ambitious and growing charity based across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and is looking to recruit an Development & Partnerships Officer, who is an ambitious fundraiser, with experience planning across Trusts/Foundations, Corporate or major donor prospects to join the Fundraising team.
In your role, you will regularly undertake prospect research using a variety of methods to identify and prioritise potentials funding opportunities to help create and maintain the funding pipeline.
You will have a strong abilities in interacting with technology with good attention to detail to understand complex information and issues from different perspectives, articulating these to the team.
You will support Centre 33 to embed and develop a more meaningful impact in line with the organisations strategic plan, by creating strong relationships and working closely to link to the operational vision, optimising resources. Taking the lead to ensure all values are at the heart of all fundraising work.
Given the rural nature of Cambridgeshire, the successful candidate would benefit from having a driving licence and access to their own car.

Based in one of our hubs across Cambridgeshire (28 hours per week)
Centre 33 is looking to recruit an Development & Partnerships Lead, with a significant amount of experience working in an income generation and/or partnerships role, preferably within a charity. With a track record of successfully engaging in either grant making organisations and/or corporate givers, securing high-value relationships which will be an integral part of the Centre 33 Fundraising team.
Your role will be to deliver excellent communication and presentation skills with a persuasive style, both written and verbal. You will be a part of a team providing a meaningful, collaborative and sustained relationships with funders and prospective donors which grow to create new opportunities to positively impact young people.
You will have a wide-ranging ability to research and understand complex information and issues from difference perspectives and succinctly articulate these to inspire funding.
By listening to funders and sharing your findings with the Fundraising team, you will support Centre 33 to embed and develop a more meaningful impact in line with the organisations strategic plan.
You will be based in one of our hubs across Cambridgeshire, but will have willingness to travel locally and occasionally further afield to meet funders. Given the rural nature of Cambridgeshire, the successful candidate would benefit from having a driving licence and access to their own car.

About Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust
We are a charity based in Kirklees, West Yorkshire with a commitment to working with and supporting children and young people under the age of 25 who are facing disadvantage in their lives.
A large part of our work involves supporting the mental and emotional health of children and young people including supporting families where this will positively impact on young people’s mental health and well-being.
We deliver support, services, activities and events from our beautiful buildings and grounds in Mirfield. The site provides safe and therapeutic spaces which promote wellbeing as well as hosting weddings and events in the Northorpe Barn.

The role
This is a pivotal and exciting new role, with huge scope and freedom to diversify and generate income for the Trust. You will be responsible for building up a strong and sustainable supporter base by working with a range of funders including trusts, foundations and corporate sponsors, building and maintaining relationships that last.
We are looking for someone with experience in generating income and our ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, dynamic, determined and enthusiastic. The role requires excellent engagement and communication skills, both to help raise the profile of the Trust (and the important work we do) and to win the hearts and minds of a range potential donors from individuals through to corporate and charitable foundations.
You will be passionate about improving the lives of children, young people and families and use this platform to draw in funding from a range of sources whilst sharing stories of the impact fundraised income is making. By joining us you will truly help to improve young lives.
