Harris Hill is searching for an Alumni and Development Executive for around 3 months to cover a leaver.
This role will need to start around the 22nd April for a handover with the current postholder. The post can be 3, 4 or 5 days per week but on the understanding that this be hybrid based with the need to attend their numerous sites, depending on alumni events.
This role has sites in London and Surrey, so you may need to attend either for specific events. This could be a couple times a month to a few times a week during holiday periods. These essentially correlate to alumi tours of the schools. You would know about these a couple weeks in advance and you would have some power to book these in dates and times that work. This does mean that a driver would be essential so you can get to the location. It is also noted that you could potenitally do the tour and go back and work from home.
Your position in this organisation will be to support the alumni programme. This will include alumni engagement, fundraising, events and other general support. This will include:
Being first point of contact for families of Alumni.
Networking Alumni and families
Overseeing tours of the schools.
Monitor Alumni inbox.
Maintaining database
Events support - tickets and registrations.
Social media- write posts and work with marketing events.

Harris Hill is urgently seeking an experienced Challenge Events manager for 1-2 months, to support the deliver on the London Marathon for a human rights charity on a 3 day per week basis.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of managing similar events but ideally the London Marathon.
The role will be remote based with the exception of attending the London marathon itself and possibly one other day in the office, so you will need to be commutable for this.
Experience;
Experience of inspiring and motivating individuals to raise funds through participating in organised or self-initiated fundraising events.
Experience of developing plans and work streams to deliver income.
Working knowledge of fundraising databases and ability to analyse and interpret data.
A track record of meeting financial targets and working to key performance indicators.
Experience of delivering a direct marketing programme to achieve financial targets.
Experience in managing significant budgets and regularly reporting on these.
Experience of planning, managing and evaluating projects.
Demonstrable experience of successfully building long-term relationships with a range of supporters and volunteers.
Experience of carrying out due diligence on potential partners (suppliers and commercial participators) and in negotiating contracts.

Harris Hill is working with an environmental charity to help source a Trust and Foundations Fundraiser on an interim basis.
Trust and Foundations is a relatively new source of income for this charity. Receiving most of their income from restricted sources, they have dipped their toes in the unrestricted pool and found it to be very warm indeed.
Unfortunately, they don't have the personnel resource, so would like someone to come in and work 1 or 2 days per week on a 6 month contract or a freelancer/ consultant who is willing to bill them directly.
You role will be to write and manage the trust and foundations proposals up to £10k, which are currently warm however, as this is new, you may also be able to bring valued expertise and guidance in finding new sources and direction.
This is a fantastic cause that tackles pollution around the world as well as support greener innovations. A cause everyone can relate to and is a big topic on a world forum.

Harris Hill is working with an arts based charity to help source an interim Development Coordinator/ Officer from mid April to September.
The client is ideally looking for someone on a 2-3 day week. The role will run on a hybrid basis (fully remote option too).
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the individual giving schemes to encourage retention and growth including the creation and delivery of a programme of stewardship and cultivation events supported by the wider team, where necessary.
Alongside this introducing a data-focused approach to prospect management and research to support development and provide administrative support for the Development Committee (when established), supporting and monitoring stakeholder engagement through ensuring accurate CRM records. You will also support the Trust and Grants team with various admin and research.
Duties:
Essential
Some Development experience (min 1 year), as an officer or coordinator
Event Management from guest lists to managing logistics on the day
Proficient with databases preferably: Raiser's Edge / RE NXT
Excellent written and verbal skills with good attention to detail
Desirable
Interest in art, theatre and/or performance

We are looking for a Temporary Individual Giving Officer for an incredible arts charity to be responsible to support the end-to-end delivery of individual giving campaigns across a range of media, from planning to execution.
This is hybrid role with 2 days a week in the London office
The Role
Supporting the day on the day to day running of the IG campaigns
Reviewing copy and commenting on copy, circulating copy for comments and briefing on artwork.
Selecting and checking database without the support of a database team.
Producing work/collateral in house rather than experience of working with an agency.
Including supporter acquisition, trading stewardship and retention programmes and regular giving schemes, trading and cash direct mail/digital appeals, and In-memory giving.
The Candidate
A successful track record in delivering IG fundraising activities to deliver strategic objectives.
Demonstrable understanding of best practice in supporter relationships.
Experience in creating and cleaning data selections.
Experience in analysis within CRM systems to manage data and report performance.
Understanding of segmentation and how to speak to different (existing and prospect) audiences.
Track record of developing content, creative, and messaging that resonates with these audiences to drive awareness and engagement.
