About The Role

This role will involve working closely with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to provide admin support to the fundraising directorate, manage and maintain a portfolio of corporate partnerships, maximising income, and support benefits through delivery of excellent partnership stewardship and a great supporter experience. This role will involve supporting the challenge event portfolio as well as working with a variety of areas across the fundraising division such as Philanthropy, Individual Giving and Corporate. to enable Home-Start to support more families around the UK.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing, growing and retaining a portfolio of corporate partners. Your role as Corporate Partnerships Manager will involve a variety of corporate partnerships from Strategic, pro bono, employee led and COTY partnerships all varying in size. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement a corporate volunteering program that delivers tangible impact for our partners, Home-Start families, and our extensive network. Regular meetings with all levels at corporate partners will be crucial, ensuring effective involvement and briefing of all stakeholders.
Your exceptional communication and liaison skills will be invaluable as you collaborate with colleagues across Home-Start UK and your portfolio of partners, developing compelling propositions that showcase the voices and stories of the families supported by Home-Start. Your strategic acumen will shine as you cultivate robust engagement and support from across Home-Start UK and the Home-Start network, playing a key role in delivering successful partnerships. You will contribute to the development of high-quality materials that will be used across partnerships. Main purpose and scope of the role:
Parentkind is a national charity and we work across all four nations of the United Kingdom and the devolved institutions and governments.
The successful candidate would be expected to support our work in Northern Ireland and have demonstrable experience of the political system in Northern Ireland.
In addition to their work in Northern Ireland the successful candidate will support the wider aims of the Policy and Research Department across the UK.
We are the voice of parents in education, we represent 13,000 Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) and have an ambition to develop an internal parent ‘think tank’ within the organisation.
This is an exciting role if you have a passion for politics, a background in policy research and interested in education policy and politics.
The role will involve conducting research on education policy and making policy recommendations based on that research. Some research will be time sensitive and involve summarising information and presenting it in an easy to understand way. There will be longer research projects to support the charity to develop policy positions and maintain our position as a strong voice for parents in education.
Alongside the research requirements of the role, you will be expected to support our political and broader stakeholder engagement activity to make sure the work we do is understood and seen by the right people.
You will have experience of working with political stakeholders in Northern Ireland and a strong understanding of the political structures and processes in Northern Ireland, as well as experience in political engagement to promote research and policy recommendations.

Duties and key responsibilities
Policy research and analysis

- To provide political monitoring and advice for the department, to include:
- debates and questions in the Northern Ireland Assembly
- future business across in the Northern Ireland Assembly,
- policy development.

The NSPCC’s mission is to end cruelty to children. Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is what drives their fundraising team to get out there and bring in the funds needed to protect children and prevent abuse.
Through Speak out Stay Safe, a primary school safeguarding programme, NSPCC reached 1.2m children in 2022/23 and helped many more through their other services, which include a helpline, community events and campaigning for policy and practice changes. The Philanthropy Individuals team focus on high level, infividual donors and are responsible for securing 4- to 7-figure plus gifts. The team consists of 12 fundraisers, who collectively raise £3.5M a year. Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the Senior Philanthropy Manager – Northwest will potentially manage one membver of this team.
You will also be responsible for maximising the long term relationships of all new and existing individual donors capable of gifts ranging from £5k to £1M+, driving new business with the support of your line-/dotted-line support.
As Senior Philanthropy Manager – Northwest, you will:
- Identify, develop and cultivate major donors up to 7-figure level, supporting a team income target of c.£700k

The role will encompass community and youth support activities, delivering quality, diverse and integrated services, as well as leading a small and passionate team. The role will be focussed on the Oldham East community (surrounding Oasis Academies Clarksfield and Leesbrook), as part of Oasis Hub Oldham.
Key responsibilities will be:
· To build positive and supportive working partnerships with the local community, supporting them to access Hub services and activities to develop their skills, knowledge and aspirations.
· To work with the Strategic Community Development Lead to create a plan to deliver joined up services that address the needs of the local neighbourhood, including community projects, holiday provision, and volunteer, family and youth support.
· Provide leadership and line management to community and youth project workers, building a positive and well-functioning team that models the Oasis ethos and values.
· Lead on all aspects of the day-to-day administration and supervision of a team of volunteers and their activities, developing and inspiring them to develop best possible practice to meet the needs of the local Hub deploying volunteers’ strengths and acting as an authentic role model.
The successful post holder must have:
· Self-motivation, resilience, with excellent organisational and inter-personal skills.

About the role
Sightsavers' content and stories team has responsibility for developing creative concepts and content in response to communications briefs, as well as supporting the organisation with video and editorial services, and sourcing photography, video, audio and written stories from projects across Africa and South Asia. This work generates a huge volume of multimedia digital assets which need to be easily searchable by everyone in the organisation. We've recently moved to a new digital asset management system which requires an ongoing process of training and development.
We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager to be responsible for embedding and maintaining our new digital asset management system (Asset Bank), offering training and support to teams using and uploading assets. You'll work closely with content producers and story collectors to develop workflows preparing and uploading new content and you'll lead their implementation. As digital asset manager you'll inspire staff with available content, finding creative ways to make the organisation aware of the assets the team is producing. You'll need to make strategic decisions and plans for optimising and promoting the system and its contents, but you won't shy away from getting stuck into the day to day of preparing and uploading content.

The need for our support in Tanzania, whether that’s constructing new classrooms, delivering menstruation programmes or installing clean water, is growing. We have active partnerships with 9 rural government schools with engaged communities and have several projects planned at each school. We need help from the Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to raise the funds to implement these projects over the next few years alongside our other sources of income.
Specific responsibilities:
