About the Role
Positioned within the Digital Transformation team, you will own and manage the website on WordPress while working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst to deliver innovative digital products that enhance the efficiency, decision-making, and user experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
The role involves contributing to the definition of product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that development efforts align with the strategic goals of digital transformation. You will be instrumental in facilitating the transition of ideas into actionable project plans, maintaining a seamless user-centric approach across all digital interfaces, and supporting the development and delivery of digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organisation and its stakeholders.
About You
You will have experience in product ownership or management, ideally within a digital or technology-focused environment with an educational background in a relevant field. While formal qualifications are valued, equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

- Working with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products or services
- Agile methodologies and principles, with hands-on experience in backlog management and iterative development cycles
- Gathering, scope definition, and user story creation, with a keen eye for detail in documenting processes and product features

Job Purpose
Your legacy will be a tangible impact on slowing down climate change and helping nature recover by overseeing and leading on financial strategy and income generation and sustainability, across Avon Needs Trees (ANT) at the organisational level and for our projects.
You will secure ANT financially and oversee good fiscal management of all its affairs, helping to deliver on our goals to plant hundreds of thousands of trees and complementary habitats. You will join a fast-growing organisation that started in 2019 with four volunteers and has grown to a staff team of thirteen (which will double over 2024), over 1,000 volunteers and ownership of 170 acres (soon to be 600 acres) of land that will grow woodlands of over 160,000 trees.
We are looking for a positive people-person with commercial development experience, exceptional financial acumen and the ambition to help take ANT to our next level of impact, as we prepare for exponential growth over the next year. Main responsibilities
● Lead from the front in the development and implementation of a Commercial Trading Arm for ANT and spearhead new sources of income including green finance

Westonbirt, The National Arboretum, is one of the finest collections of temperate trees in the world. This role will lead marketing and communications activity across a diverse range of channels and audiences driving new and repeat visits to the arboretum and our events through creative campaigns. The Hospital IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor) will be employed by FearFree to develop pathways and processes primarily in Maternity Services and Emergency Department (ED) at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust (SFT). This is a fixed term position until April 2025.
The Hospital IDVA will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service embedded within the hospital to ensure all staff are aware of Domestic Abuse (DA) and equipped to ask the right questions and encourage both patients and staff to engage with the support the Hospital IDVA will bring to this environment.
The post holder will assist health practitioners to respond more effectively to domestic abuse, particularly those with complex and multiple needs, and will bring specialist knowledge and skills in empowering clients to seek the right support and move forward.
The work will include providing specialist knowledge and expertise to other health care practitioners to ensure victims of domestic abuse (and their children) are safeguarded from further harm, to provide a strong partnership approach to service provision.
Priority will be given to medium and high-risk cases that are employees and patients of Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust (SFT) – those who do not live in Wiltshire to be sign-posted to specialist support within their local authority area. To work with all victims of abuse that have health related needs in the Wiltshire area.
Key elements of the role include:
- Providing priority support to both patients and staff at the hospital.
- Delivering Domestic Abuse training to all staff at the hospital equipping them to recognise all forms of Domestic Abuse and ensuring they are confident in starting those conversations.
- Risk assessing and helping to keep service users safe through safety planning.
- Enabling victims to access and engage with statutory and other services.
- Engaging with and supporting the MARAC process, to ensure that the voice of victims is heard.
- Managing a caseload of medium to high-risk victims and working proactively to support them and their families.

The role
Join us as our Principal M&E Engineer (Projects) and drive our M&E refurbishment program (Circa £4M to £6M per annum) across our diverse portfolio of M&E assets, from our mechanised locks and bridges – some of the oldest in the UK, pumping stations and water control structures, not to mention the historic Anderton Boat Lift as well as the very new. You will assess outputs from inspections, design and develop solutions, and produce specifications, and briefs to deliver works through our national framework contractors or in-house M&E delivery teams. Acting as delegated Sponsor under the Trusts Infrastructure Risk Framework, you will have the accountability for ensuring that the M&E program is governed effectively and delivers the objectives to meet the identified needs.
Your team will undertake the role of design lead within our project delivery teams, acting as the subject matter expert supporting the project manager. You will be joining us at a very exciting time for the team when we are planning future national M&E refurbishment delivery contracts and looking to deliver more work internally.
You will join an inclusive and diversely skilled team of professional Mechanical, Electrical, SCADA and ICA Engineers, and M&E skilled technicians and operatives, that work together, share knowledge and skills and support each other.

Individual Giving Fundraising is at the heart of the Trust’s Fundraising Development Strategy and with ongoing investment to grow our supporter database and accelerate income generation, it's an exciting time to join our Fundraising Team.
In this role you will be proactive in engaging different audiences and growing relationships with supporters, volunteers and other audiences to maximise income, providing excellent supporter experience to build their commitment.
You will be an external face of the Trust for these audiences, engaging with them and supporting them as they engage with our appeals and in-memory fundraising offers; assisting with all enquires with the aim to develop long term, committed relationships.
Location/base: This role will be based from home, but with an office ‘hub’ for collaborative team meetings.
Experience & Skills: Practical/Technical Knowledge

Purpose of the Senior Community Fundraising Officer role:
As Senior Community Fundraising Officer, the successful candidate will play an integral role in overseeing all income generation via community fundraising. The purpose of this post is to feed into strategy, providing guidance and direction to ensure that Community Fundraising continues to grow as an area of income and that all Community Fundraisers receive high-quality support and stewardship.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Community Fundraising Officer:

What we are looking for in our Senior Community Fundraising Officer:

At least 2 years’ experience of working in a professional fundraising role.

Experience of managing a portfolio of fundraising events for community fundraising.

The Financial Inclusion Managers will play a central role in helping us achieve our vision for an end for the need for food banks in the UK. This is a varied, proactive and fast-paced role responsible for day-to-day coordination of local and regional projects and partnerships and providing direct support to food banks in your local area. The role will focus on delivering support and services to Trussell Trust food banks and partner organisations to develop and optimise timely access to financial inclusion support to those visiting (or at risk of needing to visit) food banks including through individual meetings, development visits, regional events, training sessions and national conferences.
Role responsibilities
· Assist food banks to develop their financial inclusion offering by providing advice and support to develop new initiatives and partnerships, optimise existing ones and/or develop referral relationships with advice sector partners
· Support good practice in service models, quality assurance processes, governance, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, referral pathways and engaging volunteers and promote a culture of learning and improvement and participation of diverse communities with lived experience.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with food bank staff and volunteers, as well as establishing effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders including (including those that work with specific diverse groups who are affected by poverty). This would include working with advice providers, local authorities, community organisations and churches (who are often involved in the governance and running of food banks) to build understanding of and commitment to the importance of effective financial inclusion provision in contributing to ending the need for food banks in local communities.
· Work closely with relevant Network Leads and Area Managers to ensure that support provided is well-aligned and integrated with Trussell Trust’s wider support offer
· Organise and chair regional training, clusters or events for managers, advisers and volunteers to promote co-operation and sharing of good practice around financial inclusion

The Community Fundraiser plays a vital role in fostering and expanding our network of individual givers and community fundraisers. The position is responsible for:
- Developing and managing relationships with our supporters.
- Signing SafeLives up to a programme of fundraising events.

- Responding to fundraising opportunities from individuals and corporates.
We will occasionally require you to support with organising events for our high-net-worth individuals. The role is managed by our Trusts and Grants Manager. It was a new role in 2022 and the successful candidate will build on the foundations that have been set over the last year and a half.

You will be the perfect balance of engaging and motivational and a rigorous planning coordinator with exceptional attention to detail.
