About the Role:

As the Senior Corporate Partnership & Philanthropy Manager and part of the senior leadership team, you'll spearhead the growth of corporate and business philanthropic support, cultivate strategic partnerships, and nurture major donors aligned with the Earth Trust mission of championing natural green spaces for people and nature to thrive together. Your leadership will be pivotal in motivating the fundraising team, developing successful partnerships, and mobilising greater involvement across Earth Trust's funding pipeline to accelerate their impact.

Role Highlights include:

• Develop, execute, and lead a strategic corporate partnerships strategy to significantly enhance sustainable corporate support over the next three years.
• Proactively identify, cultivate, and steward corporate relationships to secure increased funding and impactful cause-related partnerships aligned with organisational priorities.
• Build a strong pipeline and secure multi-year 5-6 figure corporate gifts, sponsorship agreements, CSR partnerships, and employee engagement opportunities by crafting compelling proposals and presentations.
• Provide inspiring stewardship to corporate partners, including impact reporting, partner events, and excellent account management to maintain productive long-term relationships.
• Lead, inspire, and collaborate with your team across the full range of Earth Trust's fundraising models, working closely with the senior leadership team to maximise fundraising efforts.

About You

You will be a seasoned fundraiser with a knack for cultivating valuable partnerships. You will have a wealth of expertise in corporate partnerships and major donor cultivation. In addition, you will be a natural communicator with a proven track record of securing 5-6 figure incomes. You will thrive in managing relationships and be adept at fostering strong connections that drive impactful results. As an advocate for the Earth Trust mission, you'll work collaboratively with your team and senior management to maximise opportunities. Harris Hill has an excellent opportunity for a Fundraising and Events Administrator to join a conservation charity for 3 months on a full time, hybrid basis.

The main purpose of the role is to provide broad administrative support within the Fundraising Department, assist with the planning and execution of the annual events programme and provide supporter care for donors. You will also provide effective processing of donations, Fellows renewals and memberships, appeal administration, donor thanking and the updating of records

Whilst the role is predominantly remote, you will need to attend a handful of events and possibly travel to a few locations, however travel and accommodation can be made for you.

Senior Philanthropy & Grants Officer 

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 depending on skills and experience 

Location: Curdridge, Hampshire - Hybrid

The Trust has a fantastic opportunity for a talented fundraiser to make a major impact in creating a wilder Hampshire and Isle of Wight in this exciting new role. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly and supportive Marketing and Fundraising Department to lead on growing both restricted and unrestricted funds through applications to charitable grant-making trusts. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and engaging with new and existing funders through high-quality written proposals and reports. 

Nature needs more people on its side – and our work has never been more important. This is a fantastic chance to become an integral part of our exciting and ambitious strategy Wilder 2030, setting out a vision of nature in recovery, with abundant, diverse wildlife and natural processes creating wilder landscapes where people and nature thrive. 

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of generating income from charitable trusts and grant-making organisations. They will have experience of translating complex information into inspiring written narratives and compelling cases for support through written proposals for fundraising, or the equivalent copywriting skills developed in another setting. Excellent stewardship and relationship management skills, face-to-face, on the phone and in writing will be essential.

This role will be based at our office in Curdridge, however, we are happy to accommodate a hybrid working routine, and discuss a pattern of work which suits the candidate. This role is full time, 35 hours per week. Traditionally, office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with an hour lunch break. However, many of our staff work flexibly and we are happy to consider flexible working hours for the right candidate.

We are looking for a n Interim Major Gifts Officer for a 12 month matenity cover contract, with a highly respected global environmental charity. The focus of the role will be to manage a portfolio of donors and new prospects, making asks and securing six and seven figure gifts towards a groundbreaking capital appeal campaign.

This is hybrid role based in London offering flexible working.

The Role
Manage a portfolio of donors and new prospects, making asks and securing six and seven figure gifts.

Build robust and dynamic relationships with supporters, both personally and with the wider organisation

Develop and deliver bespoke cultivation strategies for donors and prospects to maximise their giving.

Make face-to-face, telephone and written asks for support according to what will maximise the gift for each donor.

Identify areas that are most likely to engage donors and prospects according to their particular areas of interest or motivations.

The Candidate
Experience of working within major gift fundraising, including closing significant gifts.

Experiencing of managing a mixed portfolio of donors and prospects.

An understanding of the principles of relationship fundraising/stewardship

Either experience of working on a major capital campaign, or of working within a complex global organisation.
