We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to take on the role of Regional Operations Manager for our centres in South West England, currently Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Oxford on a 12 month fixed-term maternity cover contract. As a Regional Operations Manager you will line manage the Centre Leaders in your region to ensure that centres are working effectively, that the high quality of programme delivery to young people is maintained across the cluster, and that targets are monitored and met. And of course, you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people and helping them achieve their ambitions

Salary
£38,000 per annum (with pay review increase for 2024/2025 academic year)
Location
At one of IntoUniversity’s four current centres in the South West England cluster (Bristol East, Bristol South, Weston-super-Mare or Oxford) Regular travel to centres in the region required.

33 days (inc bank & public holidays) + additional 2 closure days in December and 1 in July + additional length of service entitlement (one day per year of service, up to 5 days)

Oasis Project is recruiting a Head of Fundraising and Development. As Head of Fundraising and Development, you will work with our board of trustees, senior leadership team and staff. You will manage and develop the fundraising, communications, and marketing functions, to promote the implementation of Oasis Project’s new strategy for 2024-27. You will lead and deliver on income generation targets which support the mid and long-term sustainability of Oasis Project. You will be an experienced fundraising manager, with sound bid-writing experience who is looking to move into a senior leadership role. You will be part of an award-winning charity, with an incredible team of staff across three premises in Brighton and Hastings.
You will have:
· Fundraising experience (with trusts and foundations) working in a management level role within a voluntary sector organisation, wanting to or having progressed into senior leadership.
· Experience in financial management, budgeting skills, with a high degree of IT literacy.
· Experience in thinking strategically and developing operational business plans.
· Demonstrable experience of working in a fundraising and development role with a focus on income generation and fundraising strategy development.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to enthuse, motivate and develop teams of people to deliver results.
· Ability to write clear and persuasive documents including bids, marketing materials and board reports.
· Commitment to mirroring Oasis Project values in day-to-day work – collaboration, care creativity and learning.
· Proven track record of securing funding in a tough financial climate, including through trust and foundations and government contracts.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising team, managing and deliver partnerships with high-profile companies that raise vital funds for our work. The portfolio is a mix of long-term, established partnerships; and a new 7-figure 3-year partnership that the postholder will be instrumental in setting up. This role is a great opportunity for someone with experience of account management in corporate fundraising to work with household name brands on award winning accounts, and to be responsible for shaping and delivering our next multi-year partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional account management to a select group of strategically important corporate partners.
- Maximise planned income from these partners, exploiting their full fundraising potential and retaining accounts.
- Generate new income streams within partnerships, working proactively to grow these key relationships.
- Support the Fundraising Executive to develop implement a focused calendar of fundraising events specifically for corporate partners.
About You:
- Proven experience in corporate partnerships, CSR, or related fields.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

About The Mare and Foal Sanctuary
The Mare and Foal Sanctuary is the largest equine welfare charity in the South West peninsula dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of horses and ponies who have suffered neglect, abuse and trauma. We also deliver a range of Equine Assisted Services with our rescued horses and ponies. The Mare and Foal Sanctuary has five sites across Devon, a clear five-year strategy and is ambitious for the future.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be the face of equine welfare, liaising with the Head of Equine Welfare to address national and local welfare issues. You'll uphold the Sanctuary's reputation by promoting exceptional standards and best practices, while providing guidance and support to the general public on equine care concerns. Responding promptly to welfare issues, you'll investigate thoroughly, record evidence accurately, and take appropriate action.
Your responsibilities will also entail overseeing the team's provision of outreach education on equine care and welfare, managing emergency welfare advice, and collaborating with authorities and other welfare organizations. Additionally, you'll be responsible for attending court hearings to provide evidence when necessary, and ensuring your team assists with welfare lifts.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is confident in dealing with diverse situations and individuals, always prioritizing kindness, care, and knowledge. You should have a thorough understanding of national regulations and laws related to equine welfare and possess good computer skills, including the ability to handle photographic and video evidence effectively. A clean driver's license and the willingness to drive larger vehicles and tow trailers are essential for this role.
