This role will lead the delivery of the Trase communication strategy over the next 5 year strategic period.

In this Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Manager role, you will:
- Produce, analyse and report on, within agreed timescales, monthly management accounts and the Finance Report incorporating the latest forecast position
- Manage and report on cash flow (by investigating variances and resolving areas of risk as far as possible)
- Monitor and ensure financial analysis and reporting is maintained and developed in all key Income, Pay and Non-pay areas (with a key focus on contribution and compliance)
- Lead and manage the budget and reforecast setting and monitoring processes and the generation of the medium and long-term financial plan within the planning cycle, ensuring that it delivers financial targets and incorporates all activities the organisation is, or is planning to be, involved in
- Work closely with all budget holders and staff with financial / procurement responsibility routinely (e.g. regular and ad hoc reviews) to ensure that spending is controlled and remains within the agreed budget at all times
- Collaborate with the Senior Financial Operations and Compliance Manager to manage all internal and external auditing activities across the organisation relating to financial controls, systems and processes and specifically ensure compliance with Financial Regulations
- Control, monitor and report on all project expenditure to key stakeholders against the relevant programme budget / allocation on a routine basis
The successful candidate will have:
- A full CCAB or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years’ experience of budget setting, forecasting and financial reporting within an organisation of similar or greater complexity and size to that of Ofqual.
- Demonstrable experience of leading a finance team, with proven ability to lead by example, inspire, motivate and develop staff and manage performance.
- A successful track record of working with stakeholders to develop and maintain effective, open and productive working relationships.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel proficiently including advanced skills (e.g. vlookup, sumif, countif, and creating and manipulating pivot tables).

Your role
As Assistant Shop Manager at Scope's Hitchin shop, you’ll work alongside the Shop Manager, and use your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. The next day you might be recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a different challenge that you’ll find extremely rewarding. You may also deputise and be responsible for running the shop when the shop manager is absent. A great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as relevant experience.

About the role.
As a member of the Cathedral Leadership Team and as the senior operational manager of Wells Cathedral, the COO is responsible for the delivery of the Chapter’s strategy and plans and for the day-to-day coordination of operations in the context of the ministry and mission of the Cathedral. Reporting to the Dean of Wells and accountable to the Chapter of Wells Cathedral, this is a full-time role which requires a presence onsite to carry out the duties effectively. The Chapter is the Board of Trustees for the Cathedral. It is the administrative body of the cathedral with the ultimate responsibility for directing and overseeing its affairs. They, alongside the COO, set the strategic direction for the Cathedral.

As a natural leader, the next COO should be authentic in their leadership and team-management skills, building trust quickly to lead the organisation in the context of some demanding priorities. They must be mindful of creating a healthy culture as well as delivering against the strategy. A person of integrity and agility, the next COO should be skilled in managing several projects at once, balancing the need for involvement at both high and detailed levels. Wells Cathedral’s next COO should be comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of the Cathedral, a complex estate with multiple services, events and activities in a weekly busy programme. With an empathetic servant leader approach, they will work in sympathy with the values and Christian foundation, able to influence staff and volunteers in a collegiate and timely manner.
With extensive experience working with a variety of stakeholders across organisations, they should have the vision to lead as well as the ability to work as a member of the wider team. Similarly, they must have the capacity to support areas of work outside of their specialism, facilitating and supporting their team in key decisions. The next COO needs to be agile in their approach and adapt to developing, changing, and sometimes conflicting priorities, bringing their team with them. Purpose of the Exhibitions Technician role is to:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the RAF Museum as Exhibitions Technician. Reporting to the Exhibitions Workshop Manager, the Exhibitions Technician will support the design, construction, installation, maintenance and repair of exhibition elements, such as bespoke mounts, plinths, display stands and mechanical interactives, for the Museum’s permanent galleries and temporary exhibitions, developing suitable methods of fabrication and repair.
You will support the maintenance, care and preservation of the Museum’s collection, supporting the Museum’s project teams as required and responding to service requests.

- Design, manufacture and install exhibition displays in a variety of materials

The Head of Lotteries and Gaming will lead the charities Lotteries and Gaming team which has the goal of generating and inspiring support from both new and existing supporters.
Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the operations of the entire income stream, including those delivered by external parties, adhere to guidance and legislation set out by associated regulatory bodies. This includes but is not limited to the Gambling Commission, Charity Commission, Fundraising Regulator and Chartered Institute of Fundraising best practice guidelines
- Partner with colleagues within the broader Income Generation and Marketing and Communications Teams to ensure consistency of the charity’s brand and message within the department’s activities.
About you:
- Experience of delivering income growth within Individual Giving through prize led fundraising, whilst delivering excellent service to all donors.
- Practical experience collecting and using data to monitor campaigns and make evidence-based recommendations
- Experience of using databases to input, update and extract supporter or customer data
- Experience of leading and managing teams, and motivating, and developing team members.
