Job description

My client is a leading UK charity, supporting and empowering people fleeing from conflict and persecution to make new lives in the UK. Providing a range of critical services, they provide urgent practical support as well as looking to inspire a long term change in attitudes.

At present they are looking to appoint an interim Head of Transformation to oversee an organisational wide change programme providing clear oversight and ensuring accountability across all working groups.

Key responsibilities & objectives:

  • Lead, drive and manage the organisation’s change programme, providing clear leadership and communication within the business.
  • Manage all strategically identified transformation projects from inception through to closure, supporting across the lifecycle of project delivery.
  • Responsible for providing portfolio management across all transformation change projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of key stakeholders.
  • Challenge the status quo and provide specialist hands-on guidance and support to the Executive team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of leading a significant change programme, ideally within a Not-for-Profit environment. Experience of working at a senior level and understanding financial and HR implications of projects are also key.

This role has been assessed as outside of IR35 and open to both remote and office-based candidates (London). My client is also open to candidates looking on both a part time and full-time basis.
