About this key role
As our Financial Wellbeing Coach, you will provide person-centred support to a caseload of service users who will either be serving community sentences or have been released from prison. This will involve undertaking assessment and action planning with individual service users and creating a safe and trusting environment, using trauma-informed practice to successfully facilitate a supportive and constructive relationship with service users.
We will also count on you to deliver a range of interventions to service users which contribute towards the achievement of prescribed outcomes, and to work with service users flexibly, meeting and undertaking interventions in a range of locations across a wide geographical area. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with external agencies and working towards contractual targets and outcomes within agreed timescales and in line with specified quality standards are also vital aspects of the role.
The contract requires clearance through HMPPS vetting.

• Evidence of training at specialist level in money and/or welfare benefits advice.

• A full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Welsh language desirable but not a necessity.

The Education Support Worker will provide intensive support to Ukrainian refugee families within the local area who are experiencing challenges understanding, navigating and accessing the education system.

The Refugee & Migrant Services Caseworker will join the Refugee & Migrant Services Support Team, who work alongside our ESOL team and volunteers to meet clients’ needs as directed by the R&MS Team Leader. Aims:
- Ensure every Emergency Department and Critical Care unit has a suitable bereavement suite

About the Role
In this role, you will lead the IDVA team, representing the team in multiagency meetings, managing a case load of service users needing short-term intervention, conducting risk and needs assessments, and providing safety planning for domestic violence survivors. You will be responsible for line managing other IDVAs, providing supervision and support, and contributing to the wider advocacy team when necessary.
About You
We are looking for highly organised and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about ending gender-based violence. The role requires a commitment to Solace’s feminist approach, you will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on service users and their children, and experience of working with women who have experienced domestic and/or sexual abuse including strong casework management skills. You will also have experience of line managing staff or volunteers and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Service: The Enfield SASS team provides advocacy and support to survivors of domestic and sexual abuse living in Enfield. An exciting opportunity has arisen in this busy team for an IDVA within the Domestic Abuse team to be collocated across the LBE Safeguarding Hub.
About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for risk and needs assessing and safety planning with survivors of domestic violence. They will hold a caseload of service users identified as requiring crisis intervention, advice, advocacy and onward referral where appropriate. You will be the first point of contact for social care professionals providing training and upskilling as part of the LBE Children Services Domestic Abuse team.
About You: We're looking for highly organised and self-motivated applicants who are passionate about ending gender-based violence. You will have a “can-do‟ approach and demonstrable commitment to Solace’s feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer. You will receive training and support for this role as necessary.
Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on service users and their children. You will have experience in crisis risk management and safety planning. Experience working within safeguarding procedures is essential as it needs to promote a strong partnership approach to service provision.

Our Bank Welfare Officers will provide direct and impactful welfare support to RAF personnel and their immediate family on an ad hoc basis when a full-time member of the team is unavailable to do so.
As a trusted and confidential source of support, you will assist our service users with challenges they are facing, from mental ill-health, difficult relationships, domestic abuse, financial and cost-of-living concerns, resettlement, housing, childcare, equality issues, bereavement, military discharge or deployment and many more - no day will be the same, as such this is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the Welfare sector.
Our intervention is provided with consent on a non-statutory basis, and you will work with and engage our service users to develop appropriate interventions for individual outcomes.
Our service is transitioning to become more accessible and inclusive, digital technology plays a key role in this, as such you may be asked to use digital technologies to complement and enhance processes and service user experience.
You will work closely with RAF welfare teams, local authorities, health, education, civilian agencies, charities and other military organisations to ensure the best outcome for the service user.

You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. It is important that you have experience of planning and managing your own workload, with minimal supervision.
It would be advantageous if you have experience of carrying out assessments, preparing plans, monitoring and reviewing outcomes.
There will be some travel required and therefore you will need to be able to drive, have access to your own car and be flexible to spend nights away from home occasionally within the UK at short notice..

You’ll be based in our main offices at Scunthorpe Central, supporting the Advice Supervisors to manage our day to day operations and providing full administrative support to our wider team.
This is a busy and varied role, and you’ll often be the first point of contact for our clients and partners. You’ll be responsible for enabling clients to move as quickly as possible to problem resolution, emphasising putting people in control of their own journey, using tools, assisted information and directed self-help.
You’ll help people to understand their rights and responsibilities, supporting people to engage internal and external services via active signposting and supported referral, and you’ll play a key role in enabling people to access the right service, in the right place and at the right time so their problems don’t escalate.
You’ll be a part of a small, but committed team with big ambitions that works cohesively and effectively together to get things done. You'll be an important and valued member of the team and, with the support of Citizens Advice North Lincolnshire, will be responsible for ensuring people focused outcomes are met in a pressurised environment.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone who has previous experience working within the advice sector, as long as you’re empathetic and able to provide person-centred support in a non-judgemental way we can provide full training.
