The role as the Behaviour Consultant Lead will be to:
- Work closely alongside our support teams to conduct comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluations over the long term, developing positive behaviour support plans that enable therapeutic support to be delivered within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework.
- Deliver PROACT-SCIPr-UK® training to our support teams.
- Coach our support teams how to deliver excellent support, using approaches such as Active Support.
- Support the team to develop skills in monitoring and evaluating outcomes, for example using the Periodic Service Review.
- Support the business development team with new referrals, ensuring that we are working within our defined model of support and developing that model to meet new needs where appropriate.
- Work with the families of the people we support to continue to build open, honest, and transparent working relationships.
- Ensure that your work is always delivered through a trauma-informed lens, upskilling the team around you to consider the impact of trauma on their practice.
Our Clinical Assessment & Intervention Team (CAIT)
Led by a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst and UKBA(Cert), we have highly specialised team of clinicians, including rehabilitation workers for the visually impaired and behaviour consultants. We assess functional vision and test for cerebral visual impairments, which can often be an overlooked establishing operation for behavioural challenges. As well as direct assessment and intervention to work to increase people’s opportunities in life, we train our support teams to meet the people we supports’ unique needs. Our team members are committed to joint working with families, support teams and our NHS and local authority colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
We work as partners with the residential or supported living teams to build plans that are accepted, operationally achievable, generalisable, and sustainable.
Your experience & personal characteristics
As you will be working with people in their own homes, residential and group supported living services, you must be confident engaging with diverse groups of people, family members and multi-agency professionals. You need to be passionate about equality and equity, being able to see the potential for improvement and knowing how to guide the person we support and their team to achieve the best. You will already have experience working directly with people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, multi-sensory impairments, and people who may present behaviours that challenge. You will be fluent in the use of applied behaviour analysis to devise ways that are simple but effective to measure baseline and on-going development. You will be able to support our teams by putting plans into action through your direct modelling.
Your qualifications
This position requires a minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field (such as Positive Behaviour Support) with at least two years of applicable experience; or Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, with one year of professional experience.
Candidates wishing to work towards their BCBA or UKBA(Cert) qualification will get their supervision as part of this role.

We know kinship carers are strong, capable and fiercely determined to ensure they get what they need to support their kinship family. And we want to support them to feel confident and empowered to do that. Kinship has been awarded funding to develop the first ever training programme for kinship carers. The programme will support all kinship carers across England in the caring role.
This is a new role and will be part of a brand-new team responsible for the delivery of this national training programme. You’ll be supporting the team to deliver high-quality in-person and online training across the country. You’ll help co-ordinate and support the successful delivery of our workshops.

The Role:
The successful Training lead will head our “Rise for Change” domestic abuse training programme and have the exciting opportunity to continue to grow the programme’s success to date. Rise for Change is a trauma informed domestic abuse training programme for non-specialist professionals. Uniquely created by our subject matter experts, our training directly addresses the need for intersectional and trauma informed domestic abuse training for professionals in all sectors. Our aim is to empower participants, no matter their professional role, to be able to respond safely and appropriately to domestic abuse both within the workplace and in the wider scope of their lives.
The role will be responsible for the delivery and upkeep of our current training packages, development of further training and the management of current/ new stakeholder relationships. This role will also serve as a subject matter expert on domestic abuse across our global digital programmes.

- A thorough understanding of domestic abuse and gender-based violence through a trauma informed and intersectional lens, including the impact and mitigation of vicarious trauma.
- An experienced, highly skilled trainer with the ability to engage people through remote and in-person delivery.
- Hold a “Train the Trainer” qualification or be willing to obtain one during onboarding.
- Have a good understanding of the nuances of culture, race, sexual orientation and gender identity within domestic abuse and sexual violence, and be committed to intersectional ways of working.

We are seeking a highly experienced Trusts and Foundations fundraising consultant to spearhead the Trusts programme at Dreams Come True. As an excellent communicator, influencer, and relationship builder, you will have a proven track record of successful fundraising in this area: ideally securing between 6 and 7-figure gifts.

About you

About this role…
Thames Reach’s Outreach teams operate across London and helps those who are rough sleeping to find routes away from the street. The teams respond rapidly and work flexibly to reach people. Individuals are assessed to identify their support needs and support plans are created, including work to obtain identification, access health services and refer to other specialist agencies, including those offering immigration support.
Thames Reach welcomes applications from people with transferable skills.
You will:
• Complete outreach shifts, providing a rapid response to referrals for people who are rough sleeping across four districts (Mole Valley district council, Tandridge district council, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Reigate and Banstead borough council).
• Support our clients with practical tasks that will enable them to move off of the streets or sustain accommodation.
• Directly support clients, identifying activities that will assist in their journey towards recovery and away from life on the streets.
• Maintain and support links with community programs and resources.
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed and work is recorded and monitored.
To succeed as the Assistant Support Worker you will have:
• A strong commitment to providing a high standard of service.
• Have an interest in homelessness and a desire to support us to have a positive impact on the lives of homeless people.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills in order to remain strongly outcome focused, with the ability to coordinate a high number of cases and complete tasks promptly and efficiently.
• The ability to learn and an enthusiasm for training and acquiring new skills.
• Confident in building strong working relationships with partner agencies, being able to challenge them when required.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to use Outlook, online recording systems, Excel, and Word, using a tablet and a smart phone.

Job summary
We are looking for a Chief Executive who can provide leadership, aligned with our valies and manage the organisation, working with the Trustee Board to provide vision and communicate a clear and inspiring strategic direction, implementing change as required.
The main purpose of this role is:
- To lead all staff and volunteers engaged by Motiv8 to successfully achieve objectives in line with Motiv8 valies in an inclusive way
- To develop the policy and strategy of Motiv8 in collaboration with the Board of Trustees
- To oversee and lead implementation of policies and strategy to deliver Motiv8 strategic aims now in the coming years
- To ensure that Motiv8 maintains and develops policies that reinforce inclusion and diversity in the workplace, that addrss all kinds of harrassment and protect minority and youth groups with whom Motiv8 works
- To represent Motiv8 on behalf of the Board of Trustees, to develop relations with our staff members, volunteers, partnership and stakeholder groups

We are looking for Support Workers to join the East Surrey Outreach Service team.
You will:
• Complete outreach shifts, providing a rapid response to referrals for people who are rough sleeping across four districts.
• Working closely with Lead Workers and Assistant Support Workers to identify the quickest and most appropriate route off the street for people found rough sleeping, and devise plans to achieve this.
• Provide direct support to people who are found rough sleeping to enable them to move away from the streets and into accommodation.
• Work alongside partner agencies to ensure that clients are accessing appropriate support to access and sustain accommodation.
• Accurately record all work completed within given timeframes.
• Have a UK Driving Licence.
To succeed as the Support Worker you will have:

We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled Key Worker for our Key Worker Service in East Berkshire. The role will be diverse and service user centred and would suit someone with significant experience in supporting young people and young adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities and their families.
The day to day work will involve a flexible approach to coordination and direct support for the young person and their family, as well as providing responsive communication at times of increased need. This is an exciting role which allows for the Key Worker to support families to navigate the system whilst advocating for them and ensuring that their voice is heard.
As the service is new there will be opportunities for collaboration and co-production and our vision is to provide young person and family centered support, whilst influencing system change to achieve better outcomes for more children, young people and adults under the age of 25.
The service will be provided across the entire East Berkshire footprint covering: Slough, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Bracknell Forest.Although the team will be “virtual”, there will be frequent travel within and across the East Berkshire area, therefore being a car driver with access to a car is essential.

Dyscover is a small, specialist charity providing long term support and opportunities to adults with aphasia, a complex language disability. We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with a strong Fundraising and Marketing background to join our team.
· Experience raising income from a range of income streams particularly Trusts and Foundations also including skills in managing events, individual donors, legacy, corporate and community fundraising.
· Finance and Project management experience.
· Strategic development skills.
· Health, wellbeing, and disability experience within the sector would be ideal.
· Marketing experience; organisational promotion, digital, social media, website and branding. Health service marketing would be an advantage.
