If you’ve answered yes to the above you could be our new Corporate Partnerships Manager, who will contribute to the Fundraising and Partnerships team in a new phase of innovation and strategic fundraising growth for Hatch. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships to steward our key strategic partners and reach out to new potential partners.

At Hatch we are not limited by opportunities but by capacity. Demand for our programmes is greater than ever, from beneficiaries as well as from corporate and governmental partners. Over the past four years, we have made strides in developing our Fundraising income, pipeline and capabilities enabling us to rapidly pivot, innovate and capitalise on new funding opportunities. Our income has grown from £500k pa  in 2019 to over £2m in 2023  and we’ve even been shortlisted for the Third Sector Fundraising Team of the Year 2022.

We have a strong track record in developing corporate partnerships and delivering against programmatic grants. We have multi-year partnerships with UBS, NatWest, eBay, Pizza Hut, Bloomberg and BlackRock to name a few. Working with our Head of Corporate Partnerships, we would see you building on this track record and personally taking the lead on creating and inspiring bigger, better and stronger partnerships.

You will also act as an ambassador and represent the charity externally, promoting the work of the organisation and developing productive relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders to secure greater commitment to the charity.

Responsibilities

Account Management/ Stewardship

• Supporting day-to-day stewardship of Hatch’s strategic partners including Pizza Hut, UBS, BlackRock and NatWest.

• Integrating closely with our Programme team to support the engagement of founders for corporate requests (e.g. founders at corporate opportunities/ supply chain/ stalls/ panels etc).

• Work closely with the Programme team to develop volunteering opportunities and reporting back to partners on staff engagement (for example Friendly Dragons on Demo Days).

• Lead on additional stewardship and cultivation events (Lunch & Learns, networking events, showcase events)).

• Review and support on corporate volunteer onboarding.

New Business

• Fully research potential prospects and identify new regional and UK wide partnership opportunities, targeting proposals and making the most of links to develop long lasting partnerships.

• Cultivate potential employer partners, using networking and commercial skills to make imaginative, accurate and timely partnership proposals and applications.

• Support Head of Corporate Partnerships in securing and growing each partnership’s financial contribution covering both a corporate charitable donation and launching new employee engagement/fundraising activities.

Reporting/ Comms

• Write compelling cases for support to engage and motivate new and existing funders.

• Manage Benevity and Donorbox for additional donations.

• Use Monday. com and other CRM systems to record all approaches and delivery.

• Ensure the invoice and impact reporting schedule is clear with written contract agreements in place.

• Support Head of Corporate Partnerships to move partnerships from ‘in year’ renewal to a secure multi year (ideally three) year commitments/ written agreement.

• Work with colleagues to collate and deliver accurate data insights and impact reporting and inspiring story telling collateral related to partnerships.

• Develop the brand ambassador pillar of the partnership, inspiring and engaging employees to want to volunteer and fundraise  for Hatch Enterprise, delivering effective employee focussed events and content for corporate comms internal and external channels.

• Collate and share information for internal and external reporting purposes (i.e. sharing best practice, success stories).

Person Specification 

• Superb networking and relationship management skills, evidenced by experience of New Business Development and Account Management, ideally in the charity sector;

• An excellent  copywriter, with the ability to create compelling proposals which demonstrate the impact of our work and present a strong case for support to funders;

• Good knowledge of the UK corporate sector;

• Experience of prospect research, and with exceptional attention to detail;

• Analytical skills and the ability to see an opportunity, make a connection and seize the moment in relation to partnership building to meet mutual objectives;

• Efficient and accurate administrative and organisation skills;

• Good understanding and experience of working with corporate CSR, D&I, HR and commercial teams to build partnerships;

• An independent thinker, with the energy and organisational skills to manage different leads and work to tight deadlines;

• Ability to work effectively with others and in a team, to convene and facilitate stakeholders to collaborate on projects.

• Able to commit to evening and day-time events, predominantly in London.

• A can do attitude and approach.

We are looking for a Community Fundraiser for an inspiring health charity to identify and secure new community fundraising supporters to support ambitious plans for income growth.

This is a homebased role, working regionally in Eastern Scotland

The Role
Assist with developing, implementing & monitoring the regional fundraising plan & budgets.

Staff work closely with Slough Community Mental Health Team (SCMHT) we also have a designated Occupational Therapist working along side supporting staff. Customers also attend Hope College which is facilitated via Slough Mental Health Team as part of their recovery process needed in preparation into independent living.
This is a great opportunity for any support worker to gain exceptional experience within the mental health field, based on the solid working relationship with (SCMHT) We have since implemented training directly from SCMHT to support staff with understanding Mental Health diagnosis and Managing Crisis with our customers in-house.

About the role

This is an exciting time to join Young Lives vs Cancer as we set up a new Brand Marketing and Communications function including a team of digital experts.

As the Digital Product Officer, you will support the ongoing development and management of the organisation’s website. Help to manage the process for reporting, testing and deploying updates to the functionality. Improve the processes around the creation of content on the website and help manage the back end of the CMS to ensure it is clear and functional.

• Experience of developing and maintaining a website to deliver excellent user journeys that meets the needs of our audience
• The ability to manage stakeholders to capture requirements, partnering with teams and offering advice and technical expertise to shape our development needs

We are currently seeking two dynamic Practitioners to join our Young People’s service (Yuva) in Surrey, working directly with young people using abuse and violence and their families. This role works within the Yuva team to develop and deliver intervention and safety programmes to families affected by Child to Parent Violence and Young People’s Intimate Partner Violence.

Domestic Violence Intervention Project (DVIP), a division of Richmond Fellowship since 2018, has been a leading provider of Respect accredited community perpetrator programmes working to stop domestic violence, increase safety for women and children, and reduce harm to families for over 29 years.

This role requires a robust and detailed understanding and experience of working with adolescent development, domestic abuse, child abuse and trauma, and the impacts of these on young people’s development. You will also need a good understanding of the nature of domestic violence and its effects on women and children, and on the parent-child relationship. Additionally, you will have:

• Experience of providing direct work with young people and their parents/carers, working flexibly but robustly and supportively, responding to challenging or harmful behaviour to facilitate change.
• Experience of providing structured one-to-one and/or group-work counselling or behavioural change interventions, and of working with both children and adults from diverse backgrounds.
• An excellent understanding of Safeguarding procedures and be confident working both independently and as part of a team, working closely and collaboratively alongside partner agencies such as Child Services and Youth Offending Services.
• Candidates with undergraduate degree level qualifications in relevant fields will be considered, alongside those with extensive experience working in the domestic abuse field with young people.

You will have the opportunity to play a key role in developing DVIP’s young people’s services, working in partnerships with a range of statutory and voluntary agencies to deliver effective community responses to domestic violence, in line with RESPECT practice standards. Day to day, you will be working flexibly across a number of locations (including regular days working co-located within Local Authority Children and Families Services, and providing outreach in schools and other relevant or referring services) managing referrals, assessing risk and suitability for therapeutic intervention, and engaging families.

In this rewarding role you will be working directly with young people and their parents/carers, delivering structured interventions to increase safety, as well as providing specialist support to other professionals working with families experiencing abuse, through provision of expert consultations and training.

You will be able to work independently and flexibly, including some early evenings, in areas where DVIP is contracted, for part of the working week.  You will be comfortable managing your own workload and related admin, and you will be able to communicate clearly with a range of people about sensitive and complex issues, including the writing of professional reports.

This is a permanent full time role requiring the post-holder to work 37.5 hours a week. The role will require working across Surrey and a driver’s licence/use of a car are highly recommended.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your knowledge of policy development and regulation of the financial sector to tackle climate change and loss of nature, as a member of the Sustainable Finance Unit of the Policy Solutions team in WWF, the world’s leading independent conservation organisation.

As Sustainable Finance Policy Advisor, you will help design creative policy solutions to some of the world’s most difficult and pressing challenges. Your work will influence government, central banks, regulatory authorities and the finance sector itself to respond to climate change and nature loss, and deliver the transition to a net zero economy. You will support policy development to transform the financial sector in the UK and beyond, focusing on government policy and regulation.

This will involve analysing existing and proposed policies for effectiveness and collaborating with colleagues to make the case for action and implementation to key stakeholders on proposed policy changes. You will also maintain oversight of the sustainable finance policy landscape internally and externally and be alert to new developments and policy ideas. You will produce technical reports, documents and briefings as well as commission research and consultants as needed. You must have experience of policy development and / or financial sector regulation and an understanding of the sustainable finance landscape. Your expertise will likely have been gained in a government department, central bank, regulator, or a thinktank or NGO working on this agenda.  You will also have a record of developing and influencing key stakeholders, influencing opinions and practices and creating new models to deliver policy change. Politically aware, you will possess a strong understanding of how policy is influenced, both inside and outside Government as well as how policy and politics interact and how one can be used to influence the other. About the role

Do you share our passion for ensuring everyone affected by spinal cord injury (SCI) can lead a fulfilled life? Have you been personally affected by spinal cord injury? Then this is the job for you.

Each of the Support Network Coordinators have the responsibility for delivering, maintaining, and expanding the support services available to people with SCI and their families in their region of the UK. The post coordinates two vital parallel strands:

• In your region, to reach and support newly injured people, those who have been living with spinal cord injury longer term, their friends and families:
  • developing a strong partnership with all available specialist services, charity and business partners; managing a dedicated team of volunteers as well as providing direct support to people with SCI with more complex support needs.
• Nationally, working to facilitate the link between people with SCI and SIA and partner services:
  • Referring people with SCI and their families to our clinical/ health expert support teams and advocacy services; working with the Digital Engagement team to build on-line links to regional partners in your area; supporting fundraising, campaigns and communications.

This is the job for you if you’re good at:

• Building strong relationships – you’ll be talking to everyone from people with SCI and their families, to healthcare professionals, solicitors and partners who deliver key services
• Identifying opportunities – to expand SIA’s portfolio of services, we’ll need your knowledge of organisations and individuals that provide services to those affected by spinal cord injury
• Engaging people – whether it’s service users or your team of volunteers, the success of our work relies on you being able to keep people engaged with what we’re doing
• Being organised – managing your own diary, keeping in touch with your contacts, ensuring your volunteers are being utilised effectively, providing support to those in greatest need, referring to internal & external service providers and keeping records of the support SIA is delivering
• Providing life-changing support to those that need it most – you'll be facing up to the most difficult challenges our service users face
• Making the ask – whether it’s growing the fundraising activities that underpin the charity, securing the use of a venue for a support group meeting, or ensuring healthcare professionals are promoting our services
