We’re looking for a kind and compassionate person to join our Family Support team supporting families whilst they are in hospital in London and Surrey. You’ll support families whose child has cancer or a life challenging condition offering emotional and practical support when it’s most needed – helping families feel less alone during some of their most difficult times.
As a Hospital Family Support Worker, you’ll split your time between a number of families, visiting them whilst they are inpatients on the ward or as an outpatient, along with keeping in touch with them when they are not in hospital via phone, email or text. Whether sitting with a parent at their child’s hospital bedside, supporting a teenager on the ward, along with collaborating with hospital teams and Momentum community colleagues to deliver a seamless and impactful service, ensuring continuity of support beyond hospital stays... you’ll make sure families know they’re not facing this journey alone.
Ideally, your hours will be spread across five days, we are open to discussion on this. You will also have regular peer support, clinical supervision, and opportunities to develop your skills. You’ll be part of a small, friendly, and passionate team who look out for each other just as much as we look out for the families we support.
The role is about being calm, empathetic, building trust, being there when it matters, and making sure families know they’re not alone.
We support families across SW London, Surrey and Sussex whose children are facing cancer or a life-challenging condition.

We exist to design out inactivity across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with significant experience in learning, evaluation and impact to join our Central team in London providing maternity cover from October 2026 until October 2027.
Location – This role is mainly working from home with one day a week in our London office (usually a Monday). There may also be occasional travel to other programme sites (currently Stoke-On-Trent, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Scotland).
Salary – Up to £55,000 DOE

About you
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Significant experience in learning, evaluation and impact.
- Considerable experience carrying out high-quality evaluation and learning work that supports the implementation of local services and/or projects.
- Strong skills in quantitative data analysis for the purposes of both assessing local need and strengthening delivery, including a command of both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques.
- Digitally savvy with skills in Microsoft 365, a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and with statistical analysis programmes such as IBM SPSS Statistics.
- Familiarity with the range of local and national quantitative datasets that relate to early childhood development.
About the role
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the design of and conducting evaluations assessing the implementation and impact of local initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Leading the collection, analysis, interpretation and integration of quantitative data to generate robust insights and inform discovery work in new sites, programme development and early years system improvement.
- Translating integrated data into clear, evidence-based recommendations to guide decision-making. Including presenting findings clearly to stakeholders, informing programme development and continuous improvement.
- Working in partnership with local stakeholders and independent evaluators to support robust data collection practices.
- Driving alignment between data insights and increasing the number of children achieving a ‘Good Level of Development’ by age five.

We are looking for two Domestic Abuse Prevention Workers to support the delivery of services across Greater Manchester.
The role
The Domestic Abuse Prevention Worker will undertake individual and group sessions with men and women who are participating in our Domestic Abuse Prevention Programmes (DAPP) or Domestic Abuse Interventions. The purpose of this role is to deliver sessions that support a perpetrator to address and change their behaviour, ensuring they develop their understanding of domestic abuse, as well as it’s impact on others. You will conduct comprehensive needs and suitability assessments. You will support the delivery of face-to-face and online sessions, including two evening group sessions per week.
As a Domestic Abuse Prevention Worker, you will work with people on awareness raising, developing their motivation to change, ensuring accountability, and prioritising the safety of their partners/ex-partners and any children involved. The Domestic Abuse Prevention worker will work closely with the victim/survivor integrated service to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
About you
You’ll have a deep understanding of the nature of domestic abuse and its effects on clients and children, as well as the reasons behind abusive behaviours towards intimate partners.
Your knowledge extends to the range of statutory and voluntary agencies that clients and their children may encounter, and you are aware of the impact of domestic abuse on children and parenting, including the additional needs of clients from BMER communities.
You will have experience in working with clients on issues of domestic abuse, providing one-to-one and group support and advice, managing your own workload and administration, and assessing the risk and safety of your clients and those connected to your client. You will have handled safeguarding disclosures and referrals, and you communicate clearly with a range of people both over the telephone and in person.
You will be organised, able to use your initiative, and work effectively as part of a multi-service team. Your administrative skills are strong, and you are adept at using a computer to maintain effective systems.
Flexible and willing to work evenings, you can travel independently. Additionally, you will have an understanding of trauma-informed practices, risk mitigation, and safeguarding. Experience liaising with social workers and other professionals, and in related areas such as substance misuse, child protection, or family support, is desirable.
Fluency in an additional language and skills in group work are also advantageous. You stay updated with best practices and new initiatives.

Drive is a high risk / high harm domestic abuse perpetration intervention. Its sole aim is to reduce the risk posed by those using high levels of harm towards family members and / or (ex) partners. This is achieved via disruption, diversion and direct behaviour change work, where safe to do so, within a multi-agency framework.
The Case Manager will strive to work one-to-one with perpetrators who have been identified as high risk to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and connect with complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with local agencies to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. However, it may not always be safe or possible to meet with the perpetrator. Equally as vital to risk reduction efforts is analysis of presenting information to identify ways to disrupt their abusive behaviour, alongside close-knit multiagency working to implement actions.
Throughout all intervention the Drive Case Manager will work closely with the local IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
The Case Manager will be responsible for delivering outcomes, working typically for up to 12 months to achieve behaviour change with each Service User.

What we do
Our Strategy aims to enhance the effectiveness of nutrition policy and programming by improving knowledge, stimulating learning, building evidence, and providing support and encouragement to practitioners and decisionmakers involved in nutrition and related interventions. The Role
This is a new opportunity to develop the role of Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to lead the identification, development and submission of new funding proposals, and to lead on relationship management with new and potential investors. You will work closely with the technical and operation teams.
About You
Bringing your experience of funding development to ENN, you will be ready to jump in and progress work quickly to capitalise on critical time sensitive funding opportunities. You will be comfortable assessing diverse funding opportunities, building and maintaining partner relationships, coordinating the development of grant applications and proposals in line with organisational priorities, ensuring they are tailored to donor and investor motivations and interests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead on identifying and researching new potential investors in the private and corporate sectors to support a broader and more diverse funding base.
2. Work with the Technical team on finding and engaging with new opportunities and starting up discussion with potential new investors
3. Support relationship management with investors and potential investors, in coordination with relevant project leads.
4. Coordinate the development and submission of new funding proposals that fit with ENN’s strategic direction, working with technical and operations staff to prepare all required proposal documentation in line with funding guidelines and timelines.
5. Ensure due diligence checks are completed on potential funders and partner capacity assessments on potential subgrantees.

Person Specification
· Experience in working with a diverse range of donors or investors to develop funding opportunities.
· Experience developing compelling funding proposals that respond to the needs of potential investors and are in line with organisational strategy, values and expertise.
· Success in securing funding from a range of funders or investors – such as public, private, corporate, institutional, multinational banks, and experience of direct fundraising with major donors (trusts and foundations/high net worth individuals, corporates).
· Ability to represent ENN externally, broker connections and communicate with diverse range of investors.
· Ability to broker and coordinate inputs from team members across projects and a range of specialities (technical, operations, finance)
· Ability to understand donor proposal requirements/application guidance.

About the role:
For someone trying to move forward after contact with the criminal justice system, safe housing can be the turning point that changes everything. As a Housing Advice Worker, you’ll be part of Single Homeless Project (SHP’s) Pan London Housing Advice and Interventions Service, delivered in partnership with St Mungo’s and the Ministry of Justice, helping people on probation find clearer, safer routes away from homelessness and housing crisis.
Based in Brent, with work connecting into designated London boroughs, you’ll work closely with Probation Services to support clients to sustain their current accommodation or secure new housing where needed. Day to day, you’ll hold a caseload, complete strengths-based assessments, explore housing, financial, employment and wider support needs, and build practical plans that turn pressure and uncertainty into clear next steps. You’ll also identify risks and safeguarding concerns, keep accurate case records, liaise with housing providers and specialist agencies, and work alongside partners such as probation and police to help people access accommodation and opportunities that are safe, realistic and sustainable.
This is a Monday to Friday role in a friendly, supportive and high-performing team that is serious about the difference good housing advice can make. About the role
The Community Link Worker will play a key role in supporting individuals who are economically inactive due to musculoskeletal issues and/or mental health needs, and with a desire to return to or get into work. New Horizon is looking for a talented Jobs, Education and Training (JET) worker to join our amazing team! Our primary focus is on improving experiences and outcomes in maternity and perinatal care. About Free From Harm
Free From Harm is our training programme on obstetric violence, birth trauma, informed consent, respectful maternity care and rights-based practice. It supports maternity professionals and related practitioners to recognise harm in perinatal care, understand how discrimination and power shape people's experiences, and strengthen safer, more respectful and more accountable practice.
The opportunity
As Free From Harm grows, we are building a pool of trusted freelance facilitators to co-deliver the programme to participant groups across England.
This is a self-employed contractor opportunity, offered on an assignment-by-assignment basis from August 2026. The day rate is £250. In addition, facilitators may earn affiliate commission of 20% of the relevant booking value where a booking is directly attributable to them through an agreed referral or sales route. This gives facilitators with existing networks in maternity, midwifery, NHS, public health or related sectors the opportunity to increase their earnings beyond the day rate. Any commission arrangement will be confirmed in writing.
Joining the pool does not guarantee minimum work or continuing engagement. Each assignment will be agreed in advance, including dates, location, preparation expectations and fees.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for facilitators who can hold complex, emotionally honest and sometimes challenging conversations with care, clarity and courage.
You may have come to this work through facilitation, maternity advocacy, midwifery, doula work, clinical education, community organising, activism, public health, reproductive rights, lived experience or another route entirely.
We are especially interested in people who bring:
- Knowledge of obstetric violence, birth trauma, informed consent and respectful maternity care
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice and psychological safety in group settings
- A genuine anti-racist, anti-discrimination and intersectional approach
- Experience facilitating groups where difficult, activating or sensitive material arises
- Confidence naming harm, power, coercion and structural causes clearly and directly
- Co-facilitation experience, including joint planning, delivery and debrief
You do not need to have followed a traditional professional route. We value lived experience, community knowledge, advocacy and activism alongside formal training and professional experience.
