Weekly shifts: 37.5 hours in total between 8am and 10pm, including some weekends and bank holidays

We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team. You will be working with a team of highly motivated compassionate and dedicated colleagues supporting a caseload of vulnerable customers who are recovering from mental health issues. Together you will deliver a high quality and effective support service which promotes the independence, wellbeing and inclusion of our customers.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check.

What we’re looking for: 

  • The right values and empathy to work with our residents
  • Experience and/or knowledge in supporting people who have a mental health illness or are vulnerable 
  • Experience or knowledge of how to support residents to manage their tenancy/accommodation, promoting recovery and independence
  • Great IT (Word/Excel) and communication skills.
