Location - Remote - Homebased with travel to Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire.

Who are we looking for?
•This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Lead to manage and lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high quality, effective supported housing services and housing management services to a range of service user groups (including those on Bail, prison leavers and those going through the criminal justice system) that meet their needs, contractual requirements and organisational financial targets.
•You will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of support planning and safeguarding as well as experience of working with vulnerable adults with complex needs (such as substance misuse, physical health, mental health, seeking employment and housing support).
•We are looking for a Manager who is able to prioritise tasks effectively; ensuring their team are supported, Service Users needs are prioritised and contractual KPI's are met. You will need to be adaptable and highly organised to balance your time. You will champion relationship mapping in your region, including developing links with supporting agencies, promoting BASS at external forums and being part of multi-agency meetings.
•You will have previous line management experience and the ability successfully lead and line manage a team. You will have excellent people skills, which will be inclusive of problem solving, and both written and verbal communication skills.
•The role offers flexible working in the community (visiting staff and properties), in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and you can work from home. The role includes lone working, you will meet with your team regularly to discuss complex cases. You will be required to travel for training and team meetings.

If you have catering skills, certification in food safety and hygiene (or willingness to gain this), and the ability to encourage, motivate and challenge, you could be the person we are looking for to join our friendly staff team.
As a cook, alongside the existing post-holders, you would take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working together with our residents themselves to provide lunch (up to 50 people) and dinner (up to 25 people). We are looking for someone who can work approximately one in two weekends and occasional weekdays. No evenings.
This rewarding role includes:
· Ensuring that nutritious meals are provided, and that food hygiene and Health and Safety protocols are adhered to
· Supervising residents allocated to the kitchen, providing meaningful and positive work for them
· Supporting residents by interacting with them and encouraging them in their recovery and Christian faith

RCLC is a passionate charity which provides education and support for migrant, refugee and asylum- seeking women from minority ethnic communities who may be unable to access more mainstream services because of the educational, social or cultural barriers they face.
We are currently looking for an experienced, empathetic, and motivated woman with an understanding of minority ethnic community issues to work in Reading. We are looking for applicants to work on a 1-year contract (14 hrs per week) who can fluently speak in a second language preferably in one of the following the following: Arabic, Chinese, Bengali, Nepali, Hindi/ Urdu or Pashto or Tigrinya
The Outreach/Development Worker is accountable to the Centre Manager for:
1. Outreach to identify service users/ learners and their needs.
2. Working alongside service users/learners to motivate them to take action to improve their mental/physical health and access appropriate resources and services to meet their needs to improve their quality of life.
3. Liaising and developing appropriate partnerships with community groups and other relevant organisations for referrals and signposting.
This role will require excellent communication skills, experience of giving advice and guidance, signposting vulnerable adults to access services and experience of working with diverse communities
