Main Duties and Responsibilities• Undertake community fundraising, individual giving and legacy and in memoriam fundraising under the guidance of the Charity Director.• Support the Charity Director in their fundraising efforts.• Administer bids for charitable funds from the Trust’s services.• Prepare papers for the Quarterly Charitable Funds Committee, which is a sub-committee of the main Trust board• Prepare the Charitable Funds Committee Chair’s report to the Board of Directors.• Keep accurate records of the charity’s income and expenditure• Formally acknowledge any donations in a timely manner and keep records of this.• Manage the charity’s email account.• Manage any grants received from external sources, e.g. via NHS Charities Together• Administer and authorise the Trust’s Team Wellbeing “Big Thank You” bids.• Liaise with the Trust’s Accounts Payable Team to ensure accurate recording of income and expenditure.• Bank any donations the Charity receives via cheque• Dealing with service users/donors• Represent the Trust/Charity in virtual meetings with external organisations

The Online Product Lister (Known internally as eCommerce Online Sales Executive) plays a vital role in generating income for Scope to support disabled people and their families. A key part of this role is listing a variety of donated items for sale via Scope’s online selling channels.
Location: Scope’s Ecommerce Hub - Westlink Business Park, Salford, M50 1BX.
Fixed term for 6 months, 16 hours per week.
The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required in line with Ecommerce Hub operating hours.

The role
The Online Product Lister is responsible for completing high quality listings through accurate photography and detailed descriptions. The role will involve listing a variety of different products including home and garden, clothing and seasonal cards and items. Product market research and price checking are also key responsibilities of this role.
About you
You will have:
- Good communication skills, including the ability to write copy and create high quality listings.
- The ability to research products online and work to daily targets.
- The role requires continuous manual handling of stock in volume, daily. It will require a reasonable level of fitness and exertion, including carrying stock on a regular basis.

Chief Executive Officer
High Peak CVS is a charitable organisation that supports community and voluntary groups across the High Peak area of Derbyshire. An exciting opportunity has now arisen and we are looking to recruit our new Chief Executive Officer.
The main purpose of the job is to ensure and deliver the co-ordinated and sustainable operation and future development of High Peak CVS as the infrastructure organisation for the voluntary and community sector in the High Peak of Derbyshire.

As Chief Executive Officer you will lead the charity to ensure we deliver a high quality service to the local community, our members and partners.
You will look at developing new areas of work within the organisation’s aims and objectives as well as seeking sustainability and continuity with current projects.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide effective leadership, supervision and management to the staff and volunteer team, ensuring that appropriate targets are set and delivered.
- Negotiate, prepare and develop applications and contracts to enable the development of agreed projects and work programmes.
- Explore and appraise potential new initiatives for the CVS, providing detailed recommendations to the Board of Trustees/Directors.
- In conjunction with the Board of Trustees/Directors plan, develop, implement and monitor strategies to ensure the current and future viability of the CVS.
- Maintain and develop new and existing relationships with stakeholders from all sectors, providing leadership and direction.
- Provide effective, inclusive representation of the High Peak VCS in a wide range of forums.
- Carry out work in accordance with all external regulations and CVS policies and procedures, developing new ones where necessary.
- Work in collaboration with the Board of Trustees to ensure the organisation meets its legal obligations, operates within its charitable objects and has good management of its financial and staffing resources.
- Report to the Board of Trustees on internal and external developments.
- Ensure that the organisation has the appropriate management systems and structures in place to carry out its work effectively and safely.
- Contribute to writing grant applications for future projects and core work. Undertake training and development as required.
