We are seeking an experienced individual to develop our marketing and communications function and to help build our reputation as a centre of excellence in biblical studies. This is a varied and exciting role within a vibrant and ambitious small charity.

Tyndale House is a renowned institute for biblical studies and possesses one of the finest libraries for biblical research in the world. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all high value fundraising activity, including proposals, applications, and donor interactions, and be able to regularly report this activity back to the Head of Philanthropy.

Office Administrator - Donor Communications and Volunteer Liaison

Friends of the Holy Land are looking for an energetic, dedicated individual to join our fast-moving, growing charity.

Friends of the Holy Land has a small network of volunteer supporters around the country and an expanding number of financial donors. This new role will be responsible for communicating with these two communities, with a focus on preparing monthly emails to supporters, monitoring and moderating social media accounts, liaising with external partners to deliver external communications, developing donor stewardship and growing our volunteer network.

The role will also be required to help with regular office duties and will need to be familiar with all aspects of administrative support for the operational success of the charity. You will need to be comfortable working in a faith-based organisation, talking to supporters across the UK and with our partners in the Holy Land, and be competent in creating communications.

Cardiomyopathy UK is a specialist national charity for people affected by cardiomyopathy, a condition that affects the heart muscle.

This is an exciting time to join us as we embark on our new 5-year strategy. We have set ambitious goals to reach more people affected by cardiomyopathy, and this role will play a key part in helping us to achieve them.

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring marketing and communications person to join our Fundraising and Marketing team. You will be working alongside our existing Marketing and Communications Officer, where you will both be responsible for raising the profile of the charity across multiple channels so that more people can access our services and support our work, ensuring that key messages, tone of voice and brand guidelines are implemented effectively and consistently across the charity.

You will have a proven track record of working in marketing and communications, copy writing with excellent attention to detail. This role includes writing news articles and case studies, managing social media and website updates. This is a varied and integral role providing administrative support to Arthritis Action’s Finance, Executive Management, Services Teams and Trustees, working under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

You would

• promote the diocese internally and externally
• develop and maintain our digital channels
• support our churches' communications training needs 

Do you have experience in:

• a communications, digital communications or marketing related role
• using Content Management Systems such as WordPress
• creating social media content in a professional capacity
• creating, sourcing and editing content such as copy, images and videos

You will need to:

• have excellent written and spoken English
• be able to foster effective working relationships
• have excellent organisational skills

As part of this work, our Engagement Team engages a wide range of people in the Trust’s vision for Gloucestershire, and our Marketing and Communications are integral to this.

 We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and manage the marketing and communications function and team at Barnwood Trust. This includes Barnwood Trust’s websites, social media channels and print media, as well as responsibility for marketing and logistics planning for public-facing workshops and events.  

Expertise in communications, including delivering high standards of accessibility, implementing organisation-wide communications and marketing strategies, and line management experience are welcomed for this role.

Contract terms: 

• This role is permanent, and we welcome applications from people looking for full time hours (37.5hrs per week).

Summary of key duties: 

Management of Barnwood’s external communications channels  

• To engage with a wide range of external audiences, including Barnwood Circle members, potential project partners and participants in our convening and learning activities.  

• To manage communications and marketing strategic plans, and their delivery for Barnwood Trust.  

• To coordinate printed and digital products, in a range of accessible formats and in line with the Trust’s vision.  

• To develop, lead and ensure the implementation of our social media strategy to positively reflect the Trust’s culture and values.  

• To lead the delivery of the Trust’s external events.

Line management of x3 direct reports:  

• Provide line management to the function team, managing resources and maximising the skills and capabilities of team members.  

• Enact the Trust’s management processes and ensuring that access requirements are supported.  

• Hold regular management reviews with direct reports, providing open and honest feedback on performance, setting personal development goals and plans.  

Knowledge and experience: 

• Line managing a small team.  

• Creating dissemination plans and marketing materials for a wide range of audiences and channels, including print media, digital media and face to face engagement.  

• Planning and delivering public events.  

• Delivering communications to high standards of accessibility.  

• Project planning tools and techniques.  

• Independently managing complex projects with a diverse range of stakeholders.  

• Supporting the implementation of organisation-wide communications and marketing strategies.  

• Data management, adhering to legal information governance requirements and internal policies.

Fauna & Flora’s Eurasia programme is seeking a Programme Administrator to undertake a key supporting role within the programme; working closely with the Programme Finance Officer to deliver administrative, information management and office support to the Eurasia team and its projects, helping ensure compliance with internal systems, policies and procedures and donor requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills and previous experience in a similar role (including use of Microsoft Office). They will be highly organised, methodical in their approach to work and have meticulous attention to detail. They will be a strong team player and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment where problem solving and the ability to respond swiftly to changing organisational and team needs is paramount.
