Job description

Global Partnerships Administrator - £21,690 per annum plus excellent benefits - Full-time - Central London - Fixed-term contract until 31 May 2021

The RCR is a great place to work. At the forefront of the health agenda, our members diagnose and treat cancer, heart disease, stroke and more, whilst leading on innovations including AI, skills mix and community diagnostic hubs. As Covid recedes and the cancer backlog rises up the agenda, our members’ work and views have never been more important. The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team who enjoy the challenge of taking the RCR’s important work to a global audience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Royal College of Radiologists’ (RCR) Global Partnerships Team. We are seeking a brilliantly organised and enthusiastic self-starter to make a significant contribution to the college’s involvement in a global radiology congress in Dubai in 2022. Alongside a focus on supporting planning activities across the college, they will help coordinate staff and doctors attending the congress, and ensure all materials are fully prepared in good time. A high level of cooperation and teamwork between staff members is necessary to fulfil its functions effectively and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with external customers across time zones, colleagues and senior members. They will also have excellent administrative and organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload. It is important that the successful candidate has a commitment to providing a professional, positive and responsive service, as well as an understanding of cultural differences.

If this sounds like the opportunity for you then you can find out more about the Global Partnerships Administrator role, the RCR, and how to apply by visiting the RCR website and reading the Global Partnerships Administrator candidate pack.

The closing date for applications is midnight on Sunday 15 August 2021. First stage interviews are due to take place on Thursday 19 August, with final stage interviews scheduled for Wednesday 25 August.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic the interviews for this role will be held remotely via video conference.
