Job description

The Role

Together for Mental Wellbeing are recruiting for a part time Case Management System/Customer Relationship Management system administrator role based at Together’s National Office in Central London. Organised and observant, you’ll enjoy knowing that your work supporting staff with using the system and maintaining our CRM is helping us to track the progress of the people we support and support them to achieve their goals.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to draw upon your extensive administration experience to support us to maintain and update our CRM and work as part of our Quality Improvement team to embed our CRM across the organisation.

You can also use your knowledge to support the development of new materials, training materials and guidance. You will support the team with general administration support including communicating via a range of channels and settings to staff across Together. This helps us at Together to ensure that our values are embedded into our systems and to support us to better evidence our work with people.

You will have excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of using a Client Management System and Microsoft Office, the ability to prioritise and manage your time and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
