This role will be a crucial part of Baytree’s Adult Education team, which currently consists of an Academic Manager, one other Academic Administrator (who is reducing her working hours after many years of service for Baytree), two ESOL tutors and the Women’s Service Director. This is a varied and integral role providing administrative support to Arthritis Action’s Finance, Executive Management, Services Teams and Trustees, working under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
Your role will provide day to day operational assistance in our London office including: meeting and diary management, writing minutes and providing admin support across the Charity. Key responsibilities:
- Administration and Customer Service – ensure comprehensive admin support across our departments and with stakeholders externally. Use your high-quality customer service skills to support our clients and their needs.
- Resource Management – resource management of our non-food resources across our sites, collaborating with staff and volunteers whilst managing inventory systems and completing required checks.
- Home Delivery Admin – support our home delivery requests, liaising with relevant coordinators internally, supporting the effective organisation and delivery of resources, and supporting our volunteers to make successful home deliveries.

General Terms
