Purpose of the Senior Corporate Fundraising Officer role:
As Senior Corporate Fundraising Officer, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the implementation and maintenance of a rolling programme of prospect identification, research and the nurturing of relationships. Leading on maximising support through the corporate fundraising streams, the post holder will draft and submit applications among other approaches to prospective funders and donors. In addition to developing persuasive cases for support in line with organisational priorities, the post holder will ensure that the activities for which funds are sought are impactful, measurable and can be effectively reported on to funders. Understanding Women’s Aid work, business plans and strategic priorities will be essential, as well as an involvement in fundraising events with the purpose of relationship building, nure and networking.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Corporate Fundraising Officer:

To be responsible for a portfolio of prospective and existing corporate supporters to solicit large donations, funding and ensure meaningful partnerships are created

Work to match funders aims with Women’s Aid’s vision, purpose and mission – using creativity and innovation to package up relevant areas of Women’s Aid work and strategy to be appealing to funders

Understanding the organisational needs and strategy in order to provide excellent account management to Corporate funders and Major Donors/High Givers.

To employ a variety of personal engagement mechanisms to ensure that prospects and supporters become, and remain, fully engaged with our cause whilst ensuring the highest level of standards of data capture are maintained on the organisational CRM.
What we are looking for in our Senior Corporate Fundraising Officer:

Proven experience of successful fundraising from Corporate supporters, major & mid level donors and Trusts.

Experience of acquiring and managing corporate Charity of the Year partnerships.

Fundraising Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fundraising Manager to implement the fundraising strategy for an important charity.
Position: Fundraising Manager
Location: Remote with some travel required for in-person meetings and events
Hours: Part-time, 28 flexible hours per week

About the role:
The purpose of the Fundraising Manager’s role is to develop the role and fundraising strategy of the organisation. You will support the CEO with creating the role, strategy, systems, and activities of income generation for the organisation. You will lead in securing funds from trusts and foundations through grant applications and develop the individual giving campaign as well as leading the growth and future development of new income streams from individuals, corporate partnerships, and other sources. Within all of this, you will oversee the strategy to grow the Fund HER pot of funds that are growing to distribute to women candidates preparing for future elections.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work with the CEO throughout the contract to design the role of Fundraising Manager as we develop strategy, systems, and activities within the parameters of a 28-hour working week.
- Develop a fundraising and business development strategy, including individual giving, third sector and statutory bodies to move us towards greater sustainability and diversity of income streams.
- Develop a specific Fund HER strategy to build the pot of funds for us to distribute to women candidates preparing for future elections.
- Work with the CEO and wider team to organise any income generation events as articulated in the strategy.
- Achieve agreed grant income targets through writing successful grant applications and tenders.
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of funders and their criteria, through the ongoing research of potential trust and grant funders.

Overall purpose:
As Fundraising and Campaigns Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Communications team, you will drive Ben’s fundraising and commercial services with individuals and businesses within the automotive industry. Your purpose
This year Voice 21 are recruiting to a newly formed Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs department to help address these challenges. As Campaigns Manager, you will support the Head of Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs to make oracy education ordinary, co-ordinating and project managing communications campaigns as well as leading content delivery. Your responsibilities
● Play a senior role in the Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs team, as part of the wider Learning, Impact and Influence directorate
Campaigns (70%)
● Responsible for developing and delivering integrated campaigns working closely with Fundraising, Marketing, Customer Service and Service Delivery teams.
● This will include, but is not limited to: growing charity awareness, recruitment and retention, growing our advocacy base and policy change campaigns
● Taking a lead role in development and project management, you will deliver our national campaigns and business as usual communications projects
