As Enterprise Architect, you will:

To be successful in this role you will need broad technical knowledge, with the ability to design end-to-end systems at a high level, with a clear understanding of a number of applications. We are using Salesforce and Informatica, so we’d love to hear from candidates with experience in these. You’ll also need to be a self-starter, who is passionate and motivated about delivering solutions and takes a proactive, strategic approach. It’s also important that you’re a people person, who is a great team player and excellent communicator, with the ability to engage colleagues from different parts of the organisation, and bring them on the transformation journey with you. The Finance Systems Analyst is a newly created role which will have responsibility for the efficient running and maintenance of ClientEarth’s finance systems, including Access Focal Point- which has been in use for over five years and Workday Adaptive Planning, a new system for the organisation. What will I be doing?

About the team
Part of our Strategy Enablement Directorate, the Data & Insight Team delivers high quality data and database management, administrative services and business insight to the department and other teams across Shelter. About the role
This is an exciting role within our Data and Insight team. Our Insight Analysts play a key role in defending the right to a safe home, working with complex data and turn it into meaningful insight, trend analysis and forecasting while ensuring our data is fit for purpose. You’ll be using reporting and analytic tools such as Google Analytics to present insight in a range of formats and you’ll be responsible for improving our data collection and use of data to understand the impact of our work.

About you
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to join the Data and Insight team as an Insight Analyst, focusing primarily on the digital user experience (UX) and customer satisfaction needs of a specific contract. This is an excellent development opportunity in the growing field of digital analytics. You’ll be a super-user of Google Analytics, and a confident user of Excel, with some experience of business intelligence tools e.g Power BI.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally, we would like someone with an interest in IT and have undertaken relevant IT qualifications, ideally at NVQ Level 3 or 4 although we will consider applications from those willing to work towards this.

OVERVIEW OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day management of the service desk system.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support requests and take ownership of end-user requests.
- Manage the full process of computer provisioning.
- Undertake scheduled maintenance to ensure all computers are patched with important software and system updates.
- Administer Microsoft 365 admin centres, software systems, operating systems, applications, directory services, and any other updates and additional tasks related to system administration.
- Support with the onboarding process, ensure new starters have the correct log ins, equipment, and relevant training as necessary.
- Engage with staff to understand their needs and support our employees in the use of computer systems and applications.
- Learn and manage other digital programs within the organisation and support training and development for all staff and smaller teams where required.

KEY CRITERIA
What we are looking for:
- Appropriate academic/professional qualification: Minimum of GCSE, BTEC, and/or A-Level qualification in IT, English and Mathematics
- Experience of managing Microsoft Windows client operating systems – Windows 10/11
- Experience of administering and managing Microsoft 0365 admin centres
- Excellent problem-solving ability with a methodical and logical approach, able to work proactively to resolve challenges and mitigate further issues
- IT Proficiency at advanced level, ability to learn new software’s with ease and able to deliver training and support to others
What we would like, but not essential:
- Experience of working in first-, and second-line roles within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Experience in a similar support/service delivery environment, supporting with issues and incident management
- Additional professional Microsoft certifications

About the Team
Amongst other key systems, the ALM team supports two critical CRM solutions which underpin our engagement with both our clients and supporters. We’re also part of the Business Enablement team within Shelter’s Technology & Data (T&D) Department. T&D consists of 30+ people based across the country, with bases in London, Sheffield and Edinburgh and is accountable for developing and leading Shelter’s technology and data strategic priorities and providing a secure infrastructure. The management of data and insight to underpin strategic outcomes, delivery of technology change projects, data governance and provision of support for a range of software, systems and platform tools also fall under T&D’s remit.
About the role
Working as part of a team with a diverse portfolio of skills, as a Dynamics Support Analyst you’ll have plenty of opportunity to deepen your knowledge of our CRM systems, as well as expand into other areas. You’ll be the first point of contact for users seeking assistant with our CRM systems to ensure that they have a seamless experience with troubleshooting, problem resolution and system guidance.
As part of the role, you will also be monitoring and managing the support ticketing system (Zoho ManageEngine), to ensure timely responses and resolution of queries, at times co-ordinating with other teams and taking ownership to deliver a positive outcome for users. You’ll become an expert user of Shelter’s implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, assisting in basic configuration and customisation tasks.
And we’ll also rely on you to help maintain accurate documentation of support processes, provide input for training sessions, feed into the generation of regular reports and gather user feedback to help us identify areas for improvement.

About you
