Rinova Ltd are currently seeking an experienced or aspiring Project Manager used to working with young people and adults entering or re-entering the world of work. The successful candidate will be committed to helping people achieve their potential and will have the skills and experience to provide; 1-1 advice and guidance and group work, practical training and all aspects of employability support and upskilling. The candidate will also be working to support and match individuals into suitable apprenticeship opportunities across London.

We need a committed, enthusiastic, and positive individual to join our fantastic team of professionals - empathy, great communication skills and a passion for helping people achieve their potential are must-haves. The successful candidate will take on the role of project manager, working with a dedicated team to deliver the employability and apprenticeship projects. As well as being involved in practical delivery, the candidate will work with the compliance and finance team to ensure quality of delivery and evidence collection. Along with practical delivery, the successful candidate will be involved in the design and implementation of the recruitment/outreach strategies and also for the development of appropriate training materials.

Familiarity with the delivery of funded provision is essential especially the ability to collaboratively design and deliver inspiring, engaging and tailored sessions, covering a range of transferable and employability skills provision is essential. The role will be offered on a full-time basis mainly working across London boroughs and travel within London, with the opportunity to work remotely on occasions.

Job description

IAG Delivery and line management

· To be accountable for achieving agreed outcomes, outputs and personal targets – including recruitment, employability training and learner progression targets

· To manage a caseload of participants requiring Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), confidence building and employability training

· Completing appropriate action plans and reviews with participants

· To act as the single point of contact for small caseload of participants

· To complete all paperwork for client in your caseload, ensuring that accurate records are kept

· To identify suitable referral partners i.e. Job centre, training providers from which to recruit job seekers and course participants

·To communicate with stakeholders, clients and team members, keeping them informed of changes in delivery or action plans

·To liaise with learners interested in apprenticeships to support them and assist them into suitable placements

Development of training materials and delivery

· To develop workshop training materials that support delivery of the outcomes

· To ensure that accurate records are kept for all training events and workshops, with appropriate attendance sheets signed and stored

· To use available networks to recruit course participants from appropriate organisations

· To use available networks to support participants into appropriate progression destinations

· To liaise with stakeholders and partners to develop effective referral mechanisms and future possible collaborations

Project management, partnership building and funding

· To work directly with the Senior Leadership Team to support in the management of Rinovas GLA-funded projects, compiling reports and attending meetings as required

· Ensuring that all paperwork is completed to the required standard and submitted to compliance team in a timely manner

· To monitor project progress towards targets – to identify problems and ensure they are appropriately resolved

· To communicate with stakeholders and team members, keeping them informed of changes in delivery or targets

· To ensure that the right channels are used for storing confidential client and project paperwork i.e. Sharepoint and Teamwork

· To research and develop suitable referral routes and explore new partnership opportunities for current and future projects

Person Specification (skills knowledge and experience required)

Key aims include:
• Platform new narratives, underrepresented perspectives and reflective discourse to widen audience engagement

Strategy
• Deliver on the ICA’s vision and mission, the L&E strategy, audience development targets, increasing reach to work with diverse audiences, working to team targets and SMART objectives. Promote equality and inclusivity in all aspects of work.
• Instigating new collaborative models to engage with contemporary society that leverages the ICA’s assets as a resource.
Programme delivery
• Working closely with the Head of Learning and Engagement to devise and produce ICA’s Learning and Engagement programme, including co-creating with young people on our core youth projects (ICA Creatives and youth forum), monthly talks programme, book launches, symposia, workshops (inc reading groups), residencies.
• Developing programme that is responsive to the artistic programme and audience need.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with institutions including higher education and third sector for collaborative purposes and to grow new audiences.
• Liaise and collaborate with the Bookstore Manager on creating opportunities in line with the talks programme and book launches. 
• Ensure programmes are accessible, in content, language and reach.
• Contracting freelance artists, facilitators, and other collaborators, ensuring they understand and apply the organisation ethos and policies in their approach to work.
• Devising and delivering new online content opportunities, that create programme visibility, promote and target audience reach, including contributing towards digital strategies (in collaboration with comms team).
• Contribute to and participate in a collaborative working environment, including weekly team discussions and other conversations.

Finance Management
• Manage the project budget ensuring both quality control and good value for money, including authorising expenditure via any payment method, tracking all transactions, and tracking actual, committed, and forecast (uncommitted) costs. With oversight from Head of L&E.
• Track income, request sales invoices, and submit a third-party audit trail for all income received.
• Reconcile project budgets and cashflow to our accounting system monthly, in collaboration with the Finance Manager.

Comms & Marketing
• Work to maintain the profile of ICA and our projects.
• Work with the Communications Team to plan and deliver communication and participant recruitment campaigns and implement appropriate strategic marketing for each project.
• Arrange photography and video documentation as necessary.
• Write copy in line with ICA guidelines to promote programme

General Administration
• Ensure all day-to-day project administration is carried out efficiently and appropriately.
• Maintain that all project activity and outcomes are carried out in line with ICA’s policies and procedures, including and not limited to insurance, liability, health & safety, safeguarding, privacy & data protection, access, equity, diversity, inclusion, safer spaces, and anti-racism.
• Work in a sustainable and environmentally conscious manner in the production and presentation of ICA programme.
• Maintaining data collection to contribute towards evaluation, tracking monitoring information to monitor impact.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years’ experience of working effectively as a producer in the cultural sector within a participation / learning / engagement context
• A strong track record of producing programmes that respond to audience need and create impact

Katherine Low Settlement is a charity that has been serving Battersea and the wider Wandsworth community since 1924. We are dedicated to building stronger communities and enable people to challenge and find ways out of poverty and isolation.

We run a range of our own community projects to tackle poverty and isolation, and empower and support children, young people and their families, older people, women and refugee communities. Katherine Low Settlement’s work with older people

Katherine Low Settlement has worked with older people since its conception in 1924.They are a core part of the community that we continue to work with. We provide, often in partnership, a range of projects and activities for older people including health and wellbeing; creative arts; intergenerational work; connecting people and trips/outings. Our services include an Older People's Lunch Club, Contact Club, T’ai Chi for Elders, exercise and social sessions, and support online.

We work with older people to:

• Encourage active and independent living

• Reduce isolation and loneliness

• Improve well-being and prevent ill-health

• Enable older residents to be dynamic and contributing members of the Wandsworth community.

Key Objectives for the Elders Core Service Manager Role:

1. Team Leadership: Lead a team of dedicated part-time paid staff and volunteers, including a cook, support worker, minibus driver, and sessional workers.
2. Day-to-Day Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Elders Core Service, including the lunch club, transport, social sessions, and overseeing the one-to-one work of the core team.
3. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the wider team to provide a hands-on program that builds on older people's strengths and potential.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Support the monitoring and evaluation of the project in collaboration with the Head of Programme.
5. Budget Management: Ensure the program operates within budget constraints.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Delivery

• Planning and Oversight: Ensure that all service output aligns with KLS' vision, mission, values, and charitable objectives. Organize and promote one-off activities throughout the year.
• Transport Management: Manage the transport offer, including route planning and pick-up schedules.

• Member Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with elder members.
• Communication: Oversee communication for the Core Programme, including newsletters, activities calendar, annual reports, and social media platforms.
• Meetings: Attend meetings on behalf of the Core Programme as required.

4. Finance

• Budget Management: Manage project areas to budget and maintain financial records as agreed with the Head of Programme.

Arts Emergency – Head of Fundraising 

Location: Home or office based - London N4 or Manchester M1.  

Salary: £40,000 per annum FTC.

Arts Emergency, a mentoring charity and support network aiming to address the inequalities in the creative and cultural sectors, is looking for an experienced and motivated fundraiser to provide leadership and management for fundraising activities. 

Since 2013, Arts Emergency has been providing 16-25 year olds in London, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and beyond with a trained mentor working in their field of interest. Mentors help Young Talent set goals, explore their passions and make decisions about higher education, training and careers.  After they complete a year of mentoring, Young Talent can continue to access opportunities, advice, resources and paid work from the Arts Emergency Network until they turn 26. The network is made up of thousands of cultural professionals who’ve all offered to share crucial gateways into hard to crack industries like TV, publishing and architecture with young people.

This position will be responsible for raising the necessary income to ensure Arts Emergency’s high-quality, person focused, asset-based services for young people are sustainably funded and can

scale. This is a new role that reports to the Director of Fundraising & Marketing, overseeing a diverse income portfolio including individual giving, major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate donations, commercial income and community fundraising. The Head of Fundraising will have a particular focus on managing and growing the charity’s income from individuals and organisations, with an aim to increase overall fundraising to £1.25m in 2026.

Arts Emergency are seeking candidates that are passionate about building and developing strong teams and who can implement ambitious plans for funding work by making best use of their large community of young people, volunteers and organisations across the Arts, Humanities and in the Cultural and Creative industries. What’s the job?

We need someone with high quality research and data analysis skills to join us as our Research and Evidence Manager. You will work with us to plan, design and deliver projects with cross-sector stakeholders, as well as developing reports and other ways to share our findings with members and the wider sector. We need someone who has solid research skills, is a natural collaborator, and can collate and present research in different ways to help us achieve the change that’s needed for Londoners.

This role is crucial in ensuring that we deliver on our ambition to drive a learning culture, where shared data, intelligence and insight leads to better decision-making. This role is initially fixed term for one year, and may be subject to renewal. It reflects our growing commitment to ensuring our work is relevant and responsive to the diverse needs of our members and communities. As this is a newly developed post, we are also looking for someone who can work flexibly and bring ideas to help shape the role, so that it has a lasting impact on the way London Funders works.

So, what sort of work will you be doing? We’ve just committed to a really exciting and crucial piece of research taking place over the next year, where we will work with funders and equity partners to map the current state of funding for equity and justice infrastructure. This will initially focus on London, before we take the approach to cover England and Wales. The work will be used to inform discussions with funders on the strategic development of funding approaches in this critical space. You’ll be leading on the research and developing the workplan in a collaborative approach with our partners.

Alongside this project, your work will explore other aspects of the funding landscape in London and gather insights from across our membership. You’ll work on reports to support our range of thematic networks, and generate new evidence to help inform the work of funders and our partners across sectors. Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate would be someone who has experience of running multiple research projects at once with strong project management skills, and direct experience designing and leading both qualitative and quantitative projects. You’ll also need to be able to work with different stakeholders to both co-design research approaches as well as facilitate their engagement in helping us learn from and make sense of the findings.  As such you will need a track record of building relationships in a range of contexts and producing and communicating research outputs in a range of different and accessible formats, including presenting to external audiences.

Whilst we are a small team, we share an office with our friends at Trust for London. There is flexibility about the hours for this role, so it would be available on a part-time or full-time basis (with a minimum of 24 hours per week, or 0.75 FTE). The skills, experience, insights and inspiration you will bring to the role are more important to us, so we'll do what we can to accommodate your preferred working pattern.

The salary is £36,400 per year (or pro rata if you choose part-time) and is a fixed term contract for one year, with the possibility of becoming permanent. About the Role

The role requires a well-structured and highly organised approach, to ensure delivery and reporting is of the highest quality and a creative and proactive approach, to navigate challenges and hold others to account, when needed. The project management aspect of the role requires someone who is an excellent communicator with responsibility to oversee Service Level Agreements (agreed outputs, outcomes and communications) between the organisation and Youth Zones, and their relationships with funders.. Whilst also taking time to bring Youth Zones together to share learnings and good practice, fostering collaboration across the Network, and support the Fundraising team in their stewardship of long-term donor relationships.

Seeking out new regional and/or national operational partnerships aligned with the Network’s priorities will be a new element within the role, focusing on securing a small number of brilliant, operational partnerships, which add value to core delivery.

There are also occasional Network-wide events for young people, which the Projects and Partnerships Manager takes the lead on, working collaboratively with staff to plan and deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and engaging a new portfolio of prospective corporate supporters
