Job description

IT Operations Manager

Salary: £40,831 per annum

Location: Refuge London Office

Working as part of our busy IT team, this role will provide technical IT support to enable the achievement of Refuge’s strategic objectives, working closely with the Head of IT & Digital to implement Refuge’s IT Strategy.

This role will take over technical management of all IT and communication systems infrastructure, including maintenance, the upgrading of the network and the management of projects. The post holder will ensure high levels of IT security (in conjunction with the IT Security Analyst) and adhere to data protection regulations.

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role who has demonstratable previous experience of embedding ITIL into a Service Desk Team. Outstanding organisational skills and the proven ability to make things happen will be a key requirement to this role, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As member of the IT team the post holder will take part in an out of hours on call rota.
