Our Clinical Assessment & Intervention Team (CAIT)

We assess functional vision and test for cerebral visual impairments, which can often be an overlooked establishing operation for behavioural challenges. As well as direct assessment and intervention to work to increase people’s opportunities in life, we train our support teams to meet the people we supports’ unique needs. Our team members are committed to joint working with families, support teams and our NHS and local authority colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
We work as partners with the residential or supported living teams to build plans that are accepted, operationally achievable, generalisable, and sustainable.
Your experience & personal characteristics
As you will be working with people in their own homes, residential and group supported living services, you must be confident engaging with diverse groups of people, family members and multi-agency professionals. You need to be passionate about equality and equity, being able to see the potential for improvement and knowing how to guide the person we support and their team to achieve the best. You will already have experience working directly with people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, multi-sensory impairments, and people who may present behaviours that challenge. You will be fluent in the use of applied behaviour analysis to devise ways that are simple but effective to measure baseline and on-going development. You will be able to support our teams by putting plans into action through your direct modelling.
Your qualifications
This position requires a minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field (such as Positive Behaviour Support) with at least two years of applicable experience; or Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, with one year of professional experience.
Candidates wishing to work towards their BCBA or UKBA(Cert) qualification will get their supervision as part of this role.

Headline overview of responsibilities:
- Grant identification and pipeline management: Conduct research to identify potential grant funding opportunities. Conduct research and analysis on the reporting and financial requirements of prospective donors. Maintain the funding pipeline/ grant management database
- Grant application oversight: Manage the end-to-end grant application process for new grants.
- Budget and financial management: Collaborate with the project and finance teams to develop project budgets. Monitor spending against grants in relation to activities delivered. - Grant Performance Management: Ensure that all grant management tools are set up with each grant’s inception period. Coordinate quarterly grant oversight meetings, and hold project delivery teams to account for delivery of projects. Ensure GWEC fulfils its obligations to donors as per grant contracts. Support the finance team to liaise with auditors throughout audits.
- Knowledge sharing: Stay informed about trends and best practices in grant funding and statutory funding. Share technical advice, grant specific guidance and project management best practices and tools. Contribute to GWECs grant-related systems, policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Strategy delivery: Support the Grants Director in the delivery of the fundraising strategy, including assuming responsibility for the delivery of identified tasks within the team’s annual work plan. Engage in regular monitoring of progress against the work plan.

About the team
Part of our Strategy Enablement Directorate, the Data & Insight Team delivers high quality data and database management, administrative services and business insight to the department and other teams across Shelter. Custodians of supporter data for its full life cycle, running through everything we do is a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data quality and embedding a culture of standards, both in terms of compliance and best practice across the department. We work closely with the wider team including our Head of Data and Insight, Data Architects, Data Engineers and Insight Analysts to help Shelter achieve its organisational strategy in helping the fight to end homelessness.
About the role
This is an exciting role within our Data and Insight team. Our Insight Analysts play a key role in defending the right to a safe home, working with complex data and turn it into meaningful insight, trend analysis and forecasting while ensuring our data is fit for purpose. You’ll be using reporting and analytic tools such as Google Analytics to present insight in a range of formats and you’ll be responsible for improving our data collection and use of data to understand the impact of our work.
We’ll also rely on you to advise on the development and implementation of processes for data extraction, cleansing, analysis and visualisation to help drive our learning. About you

About the Team
Amongst other key systems, the ALM team supports two critical CRM solutions which underpin our engagement with both our clients and supporters. We’re also part of the Business Enablement team within Shelter’s Technology & Data (T&D) Department. T&D consists of 30+ people based across the country, with bases in London, Sheffield and Edinburgh and is accountable for developing and leading Shelter’s technology and data strategic priorities and providing a secure infrastructure. The management of data and insight to underpin strategic outcomes, delivery of technology change projects, data governance and provision of support for a range of software, systems and platform tools also fall under T&D’s remit.
About the role
Working as part of a team with a diverse portfolio of skills, as a Dynamics Support Analyst you’ll have plenty of opportunity to deepen your knowledge of our CRM systems, as well as expand into other areas. You’ll be the first point of contact for users seeking assistant with our CRM systems to ensure that they have a seamless experience with troubleshooting, problem resolution and system guidance.
As part of the role, you will also be monitoring and managing the support ticketing system (Zoho ManageEngine), to ensure timely responses and resolution of queries, at times co-ordinating with other teams and taking ownership to deliver a positive outcome for users. The Role
As FareShare continues to build broad and successful partnerships with key food suppliers across the UK, the Impact Reporting Officer will play a vital role in managing data and effectively demonstrating our impact to the food industry. This position is central to achieving our mission of saving usable surplus food and feeding communities.
This role is a reporting and systems lead, providing administrative and analytical support to the Food Team with a primary focus on consolidating and managing food volume data. Demonstrating to companies the difference their food makes in an informative and engaging way is a key driver of continued support and motivation for the food industry. We seek a fast learner who can engage across various internal systems, including FareShare’s national WMS, Power BI, and our CRM Salesforce.
Working closely with the Food Team, the role will extract and manipulate data from our systems, presenting it meaningfully in reports and updates for our key food partners. Additionally, this role will collaborate with FareShare’s in-house technology department (The Info Centre) to champion and support the maintenance and accuracy of systems used within the Food Team, ensuring account records are up-to-date, and live reporting is both accurate and beneficial to account managers while adhering to GDPR policies.
This role will champion the further embedded usage of our CRM system (Salesforce) to better manage multifaceted relationships with our partners across the food industry. Having a clear and aligned view of the relationships across the industry is central to our ability to achieve our ambitions in partnership excellence. The Role
The role of Associate Director will be to support the Director, Global Grants Management to establish and maintain the direction of the grant making policy, training and continuous development of the Officer and Associate pools.
The Associate Director will oversee staff that are responsible for creating and maintaining grantmaking policy, working with IT to support technical training requirements and delivery, enforce global policies and standards, and upskilling and continuous development of the Associate / Officer pools.
Key Responsibilities

Accountable for the delivery of Grant Making Policies and Training across OSF

Manages Associates within the team, working with IT to support technical training requirements and delivery and enforce global policies and standards

Responsible for creating an environment that supports the development of the Grant Associates and Grant officers through efficient training as well as formal and informal training and development opportunities

Accountable for and direct research conducted into design, and assessment activities in complex and/or sensitive projects

Lead the monitoring and improvement of organizational assessment policy and oversee research and development of policy concepts

Oversee the creation and modification of policy, managing consensus and approval processes

Oversee the development of new learning content and methods to fill gaps in existing programs, methods or tools for Associate / Officer pools

Qualifications
Essential:

University degree – BA or BSc
Experience
Essential:

Significant experience at a large and complex organization
-
Significant Leadership experience managing a geographically dispersed team.

Extensive prior experience with grant processing, grant making systems, compliance, and risk management
-
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale complex, cross-functional projects including designing implementation plans, managing diverse teams, and owning risk mitigation.
Desirable:
-
Experience in design and testing of teaching/training materials, and experience as an effective teacher/trainer/facilitator

Knowledge of individual grant making

High-level of specialized knowledge of grantmaking policy, including ability to design reasonable policy, anticipate ways in which policies may succeed or fail, and effectively develop and carry out strategy to align grantmaking practices with OSF’s approach to grantmaking and goals of a given policy

The salary range for this role in the U.S. is $102, 500 - $189, 600 (USD). The final offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience.
