Job description

Location: Any TCS office nationally or Home based by arrangement

The Children’s Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We’re there for children, every step of the way. 

This role sits within our high performing Business Development team, supporting the organisation to maintain and grow our direct support for Children & Young People.

We are currently looking for a self motivated individual, able to build teams and manage competing deadlines to join our dynamic, ambitious team. 

A key part of this role will be your ability to manage internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure quality bids are produced to deadline. 

In order to be successful in this role, you must have: 

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders to meet competing deadlines
  • Ability produce written content and edit/quality assure bids for submission
  • Skills in enquiry and research to develop content
  • Ability to manage others through bid production processes
