About the role

Christian Aid is seeking an outstanding candidate for the newly created role of Brand Leverage Manager.

The role requires a strategic brand development mindset coupled with a large helping of practical brand activation experience as this role will work on the development and role out of Christian Aids brand strategy as well as managing associated brand advertising and brand campaign activities.

The role of brand leverage manager is a great opportunity to pro-actively drive and contribute to the delivery of greater awareness and audience engagement that delivers lasting change on some of the most important issues of poverty and justice in the world today.

This role will work closely with teams across the supporter engagement spectrum as well as policy and international teams in order to ensure that all our activities amplify the Christian Aid brand response. The Brand Leverage Manager provides governance of the brand, ensuring that the interpretation of the CA brand is reflective of both our vision and audience expectations. 

About you

You will be a self-motivated, experienced brand marketer with knowledge of how to build a brand and activate in an omni channel world. You will have a proven project management skill, able to prioritise and work collaboratively across functions.

You will have a proven ability to communicate complex messages simply and creatively and be able to influence and engage diverse audiences across the organisation.

You will have a strong knowledge of using data and insight to build coherent, audience centric brand campaigns adapting methodologies and approach to meet priorities and audience need.

Most of all you will be brave and challenging being prepared to take considered risks in order to deliver key outcomes and organisational growth.
