Job description

Location: Islington, London, the role will be split between the London office (3 days per week) and working from home.

Travel within the UK may be required.

Salary: £36,300 - £40,100 per annum inclusive

Hours: 35 hours per week

This is a permanent position.  

We are looking for a Supporter Care Manager to join our newly restructured Individual Giving and Supporter care team of our ambitious and growing type 1 diabetes charity, JDRF.

An I.G or Community Fundraiser, you will be an expert in driving a ‘best-in-class’ supporter experience, from first point of contact and throughout the supporter journey.

You will lead on the establishment of a data-driven “relationship fundraising” approach. Managing and driving efficiency gains in areas of fundraising administration, across multiple channels and platforms, adapting existing processes and establishing new ones as required.

You’ll have previous experience of:

  • Supporter care in the charity sector
  • IG and/or community fundraising
  • Improving business processes to maximize efficiency
  • Capturing  and using supporter data to make decisions
  • Setting  and working to budgets and plans
  • Managing a team
