Job description

Clinks is looking for a Fundraising Manager to join its growing team. Can you lead income generation from a variety of sources including: statutory funds, trust and foundations, corporate and self-generated income.

Clinks actively and passionately supports, represents and advocates for the voluntary sector in criminal justice, enabling them to provide the best possible opportunities for individuals and their families. Our vision is of a vibrant, independent and resilient voluntary sector that enables people to transform their lives. Our organisation seeks to represent a fully diverse, inclusive  and cultural dynamic both internally and externally.

The Fundraising manager is responsible for the governance of existing income and generating new income strands to ensure that Clinks has the funding that it needs to deliver on its strategy whilst measuring and understanding the fundamental impact of the charity. The fundraising manager will lead on the delivery of our income generation strategy, secure grant fundraising from statutory and charitable sources and develop and manage corporate partnerships.  They will incorporate new developments and trends to ensure Clinks has diverse and robust income streams. They also ensure that Clinks understands the impact of its work from both an internal and external perspective.

The role delivers on Clinks’ 5th strategic objective – “Clinks being effective, efficient and professional in its work and operations. Ensuring we have the systems, resources and processes to achieve maximum impact”.
