The Pituitary Foundation is the UK’s leading charity providing support and information for people living with pituitary conditions, their families, friends and carers. We are based in an office in central Bristol, with some staff and volunteers working remotely throughout the UK. Pituitary conditions are uncommon, usually lifelong and can be life threatening. Conditions include acromegaly, Cushing's, prolactinoma, AVP-Deficiency and hypopituitarism.
It is an exciting time to join The Foundation. We are celebrating our 30th anniversary throughout 2024 and are working towards our ambitious strategy which we are excited to achieve. Our new website, and CRM, combined with robust processes and procedures offers a strong foundation, for a new CEO to build on.
About the Role
This role will combine the ambition of The Foundation without losing the core importance of being a person-centred patient support group, offering kindness and support at challenging times. You will bring excellent interpersonal skills, as well as financial acumen and an appetite for seeing the best possible service delivered to a wide demographic.
Location: Based in the Bristol office, with flexibility for hybrid working
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Reports to: Chair and Board of Trustees
Holiday: 30 days plus statutory bank holidays

This Senior Project Officer role sits in our Innovation and Practice Function. Urban Saints are looking to recruit a new Communications Manager to join the team. This is a critical role, where you will be taking a lead to ensure that Urban Saints' internal and external communications are as effective as they can be. You will manage the Communications Team to ensure effective delivery of our communications strategy that promotes the identity and values of Urban Saints. Working with all other branches of Urban Saints, you will also maintain overall responsibility for ensuring that Urban Saints communicates well with the wide range of audiences we are seeking to connect with.
The ideal candidate will be one who understands and is passionate about ministry, particularly with opportunities provided through communications. They will also be experienced and confident with all primary channels and tools within the communications and marketing arena. We are also looking for someone who possesses a strategic mindset who is able to act as advisor to the CEO on Communications and Marketing matters, and to achieve impact through partnership and networking.

Main Role & Responsibilities
The post holder will be an active member of our programmes team and will work across our portfolio of programmes.
They will be responsible for regional stakeholder engagement, developing relationships and promoting Ygam training across the UK. They will recruit suitable delegates to workshops, working closely with a range of organisations and families.
They will provide training both face to face and online and will be responsible for the delivery of our assured workshops and promoting the work of Ygam at conferences and events.
They will be able to demonstrate the impact of this work by working with organisations to collate case studies and evidence to support the programmes achievements.
