Beacon Counselling are looking for enthusiastic volunteer counsellors to deliver across children and young people’s services within the organisation.
The role will require you to deliver across our community counselling children and young people services.
Appointments for services are delivered onsite however on occasion remote sessions may be offered

Based in either Ely or Peterborough
Providing 3.5 work per week
Centre 33 are currently looking for Volunteer Counsellors based in either our Ely or Peterborough hubs. As a part of an established and supportive team, you will provide therapeutic interventions to young people experiencing a range of difficulities. You will be responsible for the assessment of young people's mental health needs who are seeking to access support via both our self-referal routes and YOUnited.
It is essential that applicants are able to demonstrate significant experience and formal learning in the area of adolescent/young adult counselling. We can only consider applications from candidates registered with the BACP (or similar organisation) with BACP accreditation or be working towards accreditation and qualified or in your second year of at least Level 4 Diploma level.
The role will work to Centre 33's values aof being young people led, collaborative, inclusive and striving for excellence.
