The role
The Corporate Partnerships Executive plays a pivotal role in the Fundraising, Communications and Volunteering directorate and is responsible for managing, stewarding, renewing, and growing their corporate partners to meet their fundraising income targets. The role is varied and requires strong time management, written and verbal communication skills, and relationship management.
You will be ambitious and enthusiastic to deliver on income targets from sponsorship, cause-related marketing, employee fundraising and other forms of strategic partnership.
An experienced corporate fundraiser or business to business sales professional, you will have generated income from partnerships before in similar roles. You will be target focused and able to use your skills to secure new business, retain, develop and grow long term income generating partnerships.

Experience required
You’ll have previous experience of:
- Working in corporate fundraising or experience of working in a commercial marketing/sales position in a client facing role.
- Developing relationships with key clients and individuals.
- Managing multiple corporate accounts in a commercial and/or charity setting and maximising income from these through proactive stewardship.
- Researching and developing new business opportunities.
- The development and delivery of compelling proposals, presentations and pitches.

As Welfare Officer you will work alongside four National Support Coordinators, ensuring our members receive welfare and benefit related information, advice, and guidance via telephone, zoom meetings, and email.

We are working hard to raise awareness, as it is a little-unknown condition. We provide support for people with myasthenia and their families, whilst offering advice and tips for living with the illness.

The myasthenia’s are a group of neuromuscular conditions. They are rare but also manageable and can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or nationality. Myasthenia gravis, ocular myasthenia, and Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome are autoimmune conditions whereas congenital myasthenic syndrome is caused by an inherited genetic fault. It is thought that there are approximately 20,000 people currently living with myasthenia in the UK.

As an Area Manager you will give leadership, direction and guidance to the staff of Medaille Trust to ensure the provision and development of a high quality service in line with the Trust’s Mission, Values and Strategy.
You will have a good understanding of the CQC framework relating to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. You will carry out quarterly assurance audits in all safe houses ensuring any appropriate action is taken where necessary.
You will line manage, induct, mentor, coach and support Service Managers. Additionally, you will ensure that any complaints, grievances and disciplinaries are investigated and responded to in an effective and timely manner in line with Medaille Policies.
Although the post is home based, the post holder will be expected to travel frequently to our safe houses within the South and London areas with some overnight stays.
You must have previous experience in a relevant sector or experience of working with adults that are vulnerable. Experience of managing staff, carrying out line management, supervision and appraisals is essential. Additionally, you must have experience of setting up Service User Engagement groups.
