We are seeking a Venue & Buildings Manager to help provide effective stewardship and management of our wonderful and busy Grade II* listed church building and room hire business.
Inspire Saint James Clerkenwell is a Church of England church with two services (11am and 4pm) and a congregation of around 200 adults and 80 children. The congregation is vibrant and diverse and passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus.
A large proportion of the church’s income is generated by hiring out the crypt, church and accompanying spaces to external clients. Our ability to rent out these spaces supports the church’s broader mission and helps maintain the building for future generations. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the building and the room hire business and see that the work they do supports and facilitates the ministry of the church. They will ensure that the resources we have are best utilised and that health and safety and legal obligations are fulfilled in relation to the building. The Royal College of Pathologists is seeking a Head of IT to lead the IT strategy and operational management of the IT function. The Role
Are you a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant? This role is ideal for a candidate who is part-qualified and is ready to play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions, reconciliations, and supporting compliance within the central finance team.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

- Accounting experience in a similar role, with a focus on ERPs such as Oracle (NetSuite), SAP, Microsoft.
- Experience of financial accounting and statutory reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, sumifs and pivot tables) and other relevant software applications.
- A working understanding of Netsuite and its technical capability. Proficient in using larger company accounting systems for financial transactions and reporting.

- Ensure you are aware of the learners’ needs before delivery and tailor your training style accordingly or inform your line manager.
- Capture any learner data that has not been recorded prior to the training and inform the line manager or co-deliverer about the learners’ attendance.
- Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with GDPR/data protection legislation.
- Communicate with Betknowmore, our partners and customers professionally, timely and courteously.

Qualifications or Relevant Experience
- Qualification in teaching or training, or extensive relevant experience.
Essential Experience
- Experience of delivering training workshops both online and face-to-face.
- Experience of delivering alone and as a co-facilitator.
- Experience of delivering role-play-based activities in a training workshop environment.
- Experience of delivering skills-based training programmes both online and in-person.
- Experience of delivering externally assured or accredited training programmes (desirable).
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly in an engaging manner.
- Ability to read the room and adjust accordingly.
- Strong administration skills.
- Outstanding understanding of IT applications (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint especially).
