About You
You will be an ambitious and experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager, with a passion for building and growing high value fundraising partnerships that bring about transformational change. You understand and are driven by working to achieve income and impact led partnerships that are long term and deliver change. You are driven by our cause, our beneficiaries and the services we offer so that you can inspire our partners to work with us to make a difference to the Armed Forces Community. You will bring excellent communication skills and a motivated, results-driven attitude.
About the Role
An experienced Relationship Builder, you’ll represent the Charity with our national partners and licensees, ensuring we build strong and lasting relationships. You will work collaboratively across Help for Heroes, building relationships to take a holistic approach to relationship management, maximising all opportunities. You will develop and fulfil robust stewardship plans, identifying opportunities for growth, stewarding partners to increased and continued support of our work. You will also take a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities, developing creative propositions and bringing in additional income.
About the Team
A key member of the Corporate Partnerships team, which is a part of the High Value Partnership team, Commercial Directorate. You will be joining the team at an exciting time for growth and this role will play an integral part in our strategy building on our successful existing corporate partnerships. The Partnerships team are based across the UK, working remotely but with regular opportunities for face to face meetings with the team, partners and beneficiaries. We work collaboratively and are a highly motivated team striving to make a big impact!

About Us
Hope for the Future is a climate change charity that trains communities, groups and individuals to work with politicians on climate change. Our vision is to see politicians of all political persuasions joining together with each other and with communities across the UK to drive inclusive action on the climate and nature crises.
We operate nationally at a grassroots level, linking constituents with their elected representatives, running training and holding events.
We are currently seeking a Director of Delivery to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
You will have specific responsibility for:
-
Growing HFTF’s impact, leading and overseeing the delivery of HFTF’s delivery projects and programmes and working with staff to ensure delivery targets are met
-
Effective line management of the Policy & Engagement Officers, leading, supporting, managing and motivating staff,
-
Supporting the Policy and Engagement team with work as required
-
Developing and overseeing the monitoring and evaluation and impact measurement for fundraising bids and reports to funders.
-
Acting as the lead contact for Hope for the Future’s network of partner organisations growing HFTF’s paid partnership work
-
Ensuring that we are engaging new constituents and that we are working towards reaching and representing all sectors of society.
Other responsibilities

Regularly travel around the country to workshops and meetings and to the head office in Sheffield.

Networking to seek new partners and clients for the purpose of acquiring new training requests and potential collaborative work (paid partnerships)

Representing the organisation at events,conferences, and partnership meetings and in external communications
-
Continually championing the values, mission and vision of Hope for the Future to strengthen democratic engagement and drive inclusive action on the climate and nature crises.

Maintain an awareness of advances in the climate and nature movement and national/ local politics.
-
Maintain a strong working knowledge of climate change developments in Parliament, including changes to policy and specific MP involvement in such developments.
The ideal candidate will have

Excellent organisational , prioritisation and communication skills

A high level of autonomy and self-motivation, with an ability to think independently and solve problems proactively

Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills across a range of professional and community settings

Strong IT skills, understanding of digital communications, analysis of data and creating reports.

Strong multidisciplinary project, programme and resource management skills with the ability to ensure delivery targets are achieved.

Minimum 2 - 3 years in a management, leadership or operational delivery role within a not-for-profit, NGO, social enterprise, charity or similar organisation.

Experience and success in leading, supporting, motivating and managing and coordinating a team to work towards delivering an organisation's strategic goals
-
Experience in building and maintaining effective partnerships and networks with external organisations.

A strong working knowledge of the UK political system and with national and local political structures and processes

Experience of working with elected representatives

Experience of delivering, monitoring and evaluating effective community engagement campaigns / outreach work

Experience of designing and facilitating workshops, trainings, both online and in-person

An understanding of monitoring and evaluation and impact measurement

Ability to seamlessly operate at a strategic and tactical level, leading by example and rolling up sleeves when necessary

We are looking for a Community Fundraiser for an inspiring health charity to identify and secure new community fundraising supporters to support ambitious plans for income growth.
This is a homebased role, working regionally in Eastern Scotland
The Charity
A passionate health charity focused on funding world-leading research and campaigning for peoples rights with an ultimate goal of finding treatments for everyone. They have a wonderful, collaborative and supportive working culture with a staff of c270 people, securing c28m last year.

The Role
Assist with developing, implementing & monitoring the regional fundraising plan & budgets.
Research & identify opportunities for working with local companies and secure an agreed number of partnerships.
Develop a pipeline of new fundraising prospects.
Recruit, manage and develop fundraising support groups to deliver a planned and secure income stream.
The Candidate
Proven record of successful income generation from either the voluntary sector or demonstrate transferable skills from the commercial sector.
Previous experience of identifying, establishing and retaining new fundraising partners, supporters and fundraising groups/committees
Experience writing successful proposals and bids.
Experience training and developing volunteers.

We’re looking for an exceptional individual to become our new Director of Operations. The right person will balance strong interpersonal and leadership skills and robust operational ability in the areas of finance, administration and fundraising. The role of Director of Operations is central to helping us achieve our ambition of further growing as a Black led institution for learning and caring about nature. We are looking for someone with the experience to help shape our growth and guide implementation of our 5 year plan, and who will grow with us to become our Chief Operating Officer.
