KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Philanthropy
- Lead, develop and implement a Business Growth strategic plan that brings a mix of
sustainable income derived from individual giving, trusts and foundations and corporate
sponsorships - Work with the Director to develop strategic revenue generation opportunities across the
business and key ICA stakeholders - Lead a Fundraising team to research prospective donors and supporters and build a
pipeline of donor acquisition, including bespoke donor packages - Collaborate with strategic partners on the development of compelling partnership
funding/income/business growth proposals - Maintain an overview of trends and developments in fundraising and business growth
across the artistic and cultural sector - Contribute to business growth and fundraising forecasts to the annual and longer-term
strategic business planning process. - Ensure effective CRM measures are in place and leading on timely and applicable
communications to key stakeholders including audiences, funders and members - Alongside the Director, personally steward relationships with major individual donors
and key decision makers in trusts and foundations - Lead on data collection processes and analytics in relation to audiences, participants and
donors.
Audiences & Communications
- Lead, develop and implement an Audiences and communications strategy alongside the
ICA’s internal and external colleagues and PR agencies - Lead marketing campaigns for ICA’s work and manage a range of activity that supports
ICA to meet its organisational objectives - Maintain and develop ICA’s brand in international, national and local markets, ensuring
ICA’s identity is maintained across all communications channels - Oversee the ICA platforms including its website, socials, media and the overall user
experience to ensure that they serve the organisational objectives - Develop and deliver a coherent marketing and communications strategy that promotes
ICA, and enables the institution to meet its income targets - Develop, implement and maintain ICA’s overall digital and social media strategy
- Stay appraised of new opportunities for promoting ICA
- Alongside the Director and in consultation with ICA’s external PR agency as needed, lead
on PR strategy and response plans - Provide support, direction and guidance for any crisis PR and comms strategies,
overseeing their subsequent implementation - Ensure due diligence to GDPR is met across ICA’s Marketing and Communications
activity - Oversee data collection processes and analytics in relation to audiences, participants
and donors - Control the marketing budget to ensure that resources are managed as effectively as
possible, and that all spend delivers against key departmental objectives.
Governance & Reporting
- Ensuring all fundraising and business growth activity is ethical and fully compliant with
relevant UK charity and financial management regulation - Leading the Fundraising team to complete all business growth/fundraising reporting as
required including Arts Council England NPO reporting - Reporting to the Director and Board of Trustees on the strategy and delivery of the ICA’s
business growth with the ability to flex and respond effectively when variances arise - Reporting to the Finance and Audit sub-committee
Team Management
- Play an active and highly collaborative role as a full member of both the Executive
Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team - Line Manage roles of Senior Development Manager, Development Manager, Audience
and Marketing Manager, Membership Manager, Editions Coordinator, Ticketing &
Membership manager, ensuring person specific objectives are set in line with the ICA’s
strategic mission & KPIs, as well as supporting staff’s ongoing development and
appraisal processes - Contribute to the wider organisation’s implementation of business initiatives and
transformation - Working alongside members of ELT and SLT, deliver a consistent, empathetic and
pragmatic leadership
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive and tangible experience in developing and delivering a communications
and audience development strategy within the arts and culture sector - A demonstrable experience in business growth and implementation especially in
relation to revenue opportunities, trusts and foundations, individual giving and
corporate sponsorship ideally within the arts and culture sector - Experience of personally managing relationships with high value individual,
organisational and institutional donors - A clear track record of meeting income targets
- A clear track record of effectively managing both internal staff members and external
consultants/agencies and audience development strategy and implementation within

The Migrateful Cookery School and our pop-up venues are pivotal to our operations, providing essential spaces for our Cookery Class Teachers to deliver their classes and for our guests to enjoy the experience. Essential

RESPONSIBILITIES:
General
- Refine the system for keeping track of levels of stock (beverages, cleaning supplies, dry goods etc.) and replenishing them when necessary.
- Implement a cookery school procurement / supplier policy in line with our operational and financial needs.
- Maintain awareness of all activities taking place at the Cookery School across a week (including weekends) and ensuring all equipment and ingredients required for these classes/activites are made available.
- Place timely food orders and coordinate accurate and punctual food deliveries.
- Store ordered food items in accordance with Food Safety guidelines.
- Organise and maintain storage cupboards for kitchen supplies, equipment, allergens, dry goods, beverages etc,.
- Ensure all relevant signage is up to date, uniform, and properly visible.
- Review and update documentation related to the Cookery School.
- Maintain checklists and perform daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and inspections in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
- Establish a system for periodic inspection and upkeep of cookery kits, considering the ongoing class and demo schedule..
- Monitor feedback and implement the necessary operational improvements at the school.
- Act as the point of contact for matters related to the Cookery School. (Occasionally these queries may be out of hours but can be handled telephonically.)
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Appropriately manage a small budget and properly track all receipts and purchases.

Purpose of This Role:
This is a pivotal role to support NASP’s strategic aims to promote and spread social prescribing at a local, national, and international level.
The purpose of this role is to provide operational support and act as point of contact for the organisation’s Finance and People functions, as well as providing Programme support across the organisation, ensuring smooth running and continual improvement of NASP’s processes.

Responsibilities:
Finance
- Act as first point of contact for Finance enquiries, both internally and externally
- Manage the Finance mailbox, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently
- Co-ordinate day-to-day financial operations, including processing of invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, reconciliations, etc.
- Overseeing virtual card system (Soldo) for NASP employees
- Supporting CEO, Director of Operations (DoO) and Director of Finance (DoF) on budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and year end process as required
- Working with external Finance provider (Carpenter Box) to support processes
- Attending regular finance catchups, supporting these meetings and providing feedback on issues & processes

- Ensuring online and paper filing of NASP finance documentation is accurate, organised, and kept up to date
People, HR & Recruitment
- Act as first point of contact for staff HR enquiries, e.g. policy, annual leave, absences
- Work with DoO and CEO on HR matters where needed (supporting meetings, liaising with staff)
- Support line managers on annual appraisal and probationary review process
- Support on recruitment, including developing job documentation, posting job adverts, liaising with candidates and managing enquiries, scheduling and supporting interviews
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant for onboarding and induction of new starters, including arranging for IT equipment to be shipped
- Proactively identify ways to improve and streamline People & Culture processes
- Drafting and issuing contracts for freelancers, using NASP standard templates
- Support on People-related working groups, e.g. EDIB and Wellbeing
Programme Support
- Provide administrative support for colleagues on specific projects/programmes as required, including NASP’s Innovation programme (e.g. sending network updates, developing case studies for Innovation Hub, uploading data to NASP’s CRM system)
- Manage and minute meetings, including sending agendas, noting actions, and diary management
- Providing input and support on related areas of expertise (Finance, HR, Operations) to colleagues across the organisation, e.g. developing budgets or advising on organizational policies
- Monitoring and evaluation of programmes, to improve effectiveness (including financial evaluation)
Other Responsibilities
- Work with Operations team on improving and developing processes across the organisation, e.g. Wellbeing, EDIB, staff days, events

Position: S11157 Stroke Association Support Coordinator – Communication Support
Location: Home-based, Suffolk however, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

The Role
The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers whose lives are affected by aphasia, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes. · Run an effective service for stroke survivors and carers, including face to face, digital and online resources, ensuring that confidential and accurate records are kept on our CRM data base

· Work with other health and social care professionals across the stroke pathway to ensure high quality support

Knowledge, skills and experience you will ideally have:

Support Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Service based in Hertfordshire.

Location: Home-based, Hertfordshire, however frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Full-time 35 hour per week

The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach in the East of England, you will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.

Earthsight is looking for an experienced campaigner to lead our policy and comms work delivering impactful analyses and advocacy on the impacts of Western consumption on the world’s forests, native biomes and local communities.
Earthsight is a non-profit organisation dedicated to researching and investigating environmental and social crime and injustice. We use cutting-edge investigative methods to uncover and expose wrongdoing. Since emerging as a fully-fledged organisation in 2016, our reports have garnered headlines, won awards and triggered major changes by governments and corporations.
We seek to create positive change by influencing government policy, uncovering greenwash and raising awareness among key constituencies about the impacts of global supply chains on the world’s forests and forest communities.
Most global deforestation is driven by industrial production of a handful of major commodities, including beef, soy, palm oil and wood. A large chunk of this production is to meet demand in Western consumer markets. Over the past few years, Earthsight has played a key role in highlighting the complicity of corporations and consumers in the EU, UK and US in the destruction of forests overseas, as well as the abuses of local people which accompany that destruction. As part of a global coalition, we have succeeded in getting laws passed or under development in all those jurisdictions which aim to clean up these supply chains. Now we need to ensure those laws are effectively enforced.
This role will be key to that. As part of a small team, you will help design and coordinate implementation of our policy strategy and outputs. You will represent the organisation in meetings with policymakers, government authorities and civil society, as well as help draft and disseminate policy briefings and other advocacy material. You will also oversee our comms work.

As Net Zero Carbon Statutory Fundraising Coordinator, you will work in The Giving Directorate and operate across the whole Church with a focus on supporting parishes and dioceses to access statutory funds. The Role
JLGB are recruiting a Finance & Fundraising Coordinator who will play a vital role in helping the charity achieve its financial, fundraising and organisational objectives. Supporting the Director of Operations & Finance, the role is essential for the smooth running of the charity’s finances, collaborating with teams across JLGB, as well as volunteers and external suppliers. With some support from JLGB’s administration team, you will be undertaking all financial transactions including payment runs, bank and income reconciliations. Managing our donor database, ensuring that Gift Aid is collected regularly. The position will be suitable for someone who has experience in these areas and is flexible, reliable, highly numerate and interested in working to support young people to reach their potential.
Responsibilities will include:

Processing and reconciling various financial administrative tasks, including petty cash and incoming card payments (via stripe and other card processors)

Providing effective financial administrative support to all JLGB programmes and functions

Providing support to the Finance Director and assisting with management accounts
-
Preparing expenditure reports for the senior leadership team, finance sub-committee, Trustee Board, funders and stakeholders

Validating and processing weekly expenses

Ensuring that Gift Aid is collected on a regular basis

Managing our Donor Database

Supporting with Income generation and fundraising events.

Supporting the delivery of the year-end financial reporting

Ensuring that financial documents are filed

Supporting audit processes to demonstrate compliance

Maintaining accounts and generating invoices on QuickBooks computer software

Overseeing debtor analysis and recovery

Contributing to the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes

Supporting other members of the administration team whenever necessary

Person specification
We are looking for some of the following attributes in the successful applicant, you may be more experienced in some areas than others. We are interested in experience that’s both job-related or gained through other areas of your life. Training and support will be given in any areas required.

A relevant finance qualification eg AAT, ACCA, CIMA or currently working towards one

Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting and reporting systems and advanced excel.

Substantial experience of bookkeeping and processing payments

The Executive Management Administration team of 5, headed by the MD, run the organisation on a day-to-day basis. The team is supported by the REB board and committees, together with 3rd party providers for accounting, payroll, banking, media & public relations, website hosting and IT services.
Role and Responsibilities
New Position: Due to the increase in REB memberships and activities, a new full-time events role is being created to support the executive team.
Key Tasks – support the MD in creating and delivering a member engagement and events programme
1. Conception and collaboration of member events, through to completion
2. Promoting events to members, working alongside REB’s external PR/Communications agency
3. Managing event registrations and guest lists
4. Responsible for line managing the events administrator
5. Responsible for REB events planning, logistics, analysis (report & presentation) and follow-up actions
6. Attending meetings with members re event planning and development
7. Reporting quarterly to the board and attending board meetings with the Executive team
Detailed Responsibilities
1. Develop, manage and deliver REB’s event programme (working with MD and ED&I coordinator):
o upload event listings to website;
o prepare invitations;
o liaise with host venues;
o oversee registrations & comms;
o obtain event feedback
2. Monitor and evaluate events including reviewing feedback and attendance
3. Coordinate the CEO Breakfasts series
4. Maintain the Events page on the REB website
5. Maintain a database of venues
6. Identify, approach and secure appropriate speakers and participants for events
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
1. Events management and logistics
2. Knowledge (preferably working knowledge) of Microsoft Dynamics and Marketing
3. Knowledge (preferably working knowledge) of current best practices and trends in ED&I, including familiarity with key concepts (e.g. allyship, unconscious bias, intersectionality, etc.)
