CFG promotes remote-first working, although we do have office space at our registered address in Southwark, SE London for those team members who prefer an office setting. - To establish and maintain a communications strategy and plan for Chambers, utilising the latest in digital communication methods.
- To manage the promotional activities of Chambers, its Practice Teams, and individual members, by managing and developing:
- Its website and social media,
- Webinars, podcasts and other digital training methods,
- In-person training and promotional events.
- To assist the HoPM by promoting Chambers to professional clients.

The above tasks will include:
- Identifying newsworthy cases and issues upon which Chambers may wish to engage, including through liaising closely with members of Chambers and the Practice Management Team (PMgT) to identify notable cases and issues upon which we may wish to engage.
- Working under the direction of the HoPM to assist in the practice development of individual members.
- Engaging barrister members and pupils to produce high quality training and promotional material for the website and social media, including content production such as webinars, podcasts and vlogs.

- Identifying potential new clients to the PMgT and assisting them in the promotion of Chambers.
- Maintaining and developing professional client contact lists, mailing lists and databases, in conjunction with the Practice Teams and PMgT.

About The Role
This role will use all elements of digital communication to put supporters at the heart of our communications work. The Communications Manager will play a leading role in driving Career Ready’s communications activity, working alongside the Head of Communications and colleagues across the charity.

Role Responsibilities
Stakeholder communications
· Work with the Head of Communications and other internal stakeholders to author and distribute stakeholder communications via relevant channels to support partnership and programme delivery.
· Deliver key colleague communications, including weekly and monthly staff bulletins, and surveys, aligning it to the strategic purpose of the charity and ensuring effective knowledge sharing and staff engagement.
· Support with the delivery of stakeholder marketing campaigns across a range of audiences.
Content and resource production
· Develop and implement a social media content strategy, including day-to-day channel management.

Women’s Aid is the national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children. Purpose of the Senior Communications Officer role:

Overall Duties of the Communications Officer will include
- Experience of working in a communications role and handling complex communications campaigns.

The Communications Officer may be homebased within England, Scotland or Wales but will be required to travel to face-to-face meetings in the west midlands at least once a month and on other occasions for training and team wellbeing events.
A Standard DBS clearance is required for this role and will be processed by TACT on your behalf.

About the role
This is an incredibly exciting and unique opportunity to own and develop the campaign communications strategy. The full campaign team comprises almost 100 staff, so you'll need to be ready to work at scale in a complex, global organisation.
In this brand new role, you'll take charge of the campaign identity and narrative, ensuring it evolves and is successfully implemented. It will require sensitive and nuanced consultation and negotiation with senior leadership and senior supporters to secure buy-in and ownership.
About you
You're a senior communications professional with longstanding experience of fundraising and reputation-raising campaigns.
You get under the skin of a campaign when it comes to brand, marketing collateral and complex stakeholder relations.
You've got exceptional presentation and influencing skills and are adept at gaining the consensus needed to drive projects forward in large, complex organisations.
Ideally, you'll already have experience of fundraising and working on engagement campaigns with donors and philanthropists, or at least be able to demonstrate relevant transferable skills around income generation and behaviour-change campaigns with compelling success stories.
